I had an excellent experience with these guys. They spend a lot of extra time packing my furniture. On the other end of the move, everything came out great.

STAY AWAY from this moving service, especially if you have nice furniture. Our HHGs arrived with multiple pieces of furniture damaged and poorly packed. Laziness and lack of care was involved on the part of the workers. Claim request was denied and we are transferring it over to MCO. Bottom line, this company does NOT care about their customers and service is very poor. After having been moved around for the last 20 years, this was by far the worst moving service and experience.

While the packers were fast. They failed to use wardrobe boxes for my husband dress uniforms.They overpacked a lot of our belongings. This appeared go be a rush job for them. I wouldn’t recommend them to another military family due tothe carelessness. In addition they failed to protect my washing machine drum.While I allowed them to use my restroom. One left my bathroom smelling rancid. I would suggest them to be respectful of your people private spaces.

They were all professional and took care of my stuff. They didn’t skimp on protecting anything either, even my big stuff was well wrapped. I had a motorcycle and it stayed upright and secure the whole time. Made unpacking at the new place easy. Only bad thing was they will literally wrap anything, I had an appliance that had water In it and they wrapped the entire thing, so don’t forget to empty stuff like that. In all, I took care of them so they took care of me essentially.

Very professional experience from the initial phone conversation to the three gentleman that packed and loaded my belongings. Jenna and Lei were very helpful during a stressful period. I will not only use World wide Movers again in Florida, but will recommend them to my contacts they may need them.

Worldwide Moving and Storage came out to move our belongings this past week and I was very impressed with their professionalism, organization and speed. They were very respectful and courteous . I would definitely refer them to others in the future and am so happy that we used them for this big move in our lives, they made it much easier and less stressful for all of us. Mahalo!!!

They are getting one star because I couldn't give them 0 stars. This company is horrible. I paid extra to pack my flat screen TV correctly and when I received it it was broken. They also lost HALF my belongings and damaged a very expensive bed. When contacted they blew us off and did nothing. They never made it right. Use this company at your own risk!!!!!!

Crooks. as another comment already states, do your own inventory sheet and put EVERYTHING on it, don't think its too small to write down. watch every move that they make. if possible have a camera recording them packing your items. when my items arrived at my new home my entire squat rack and weights/bar where missing along with a whole set of kettle bells. somehow the crew has no memory of packing such a large item or any conversation we had about if I needed to take it apart or not. They also broke both TV's that I shipped and refused to reimburse for the $700 one that was broken, only the cheap one. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. if you are military and it gets assigned to you do everything you can to get it switched.

Never use this place! Got 2 tvs broken, my PS4 now have issues & $1000 Movado watch stolen!!!! Submitted my form and still nothing back!!!!!!! Emailed them and everything thought they would be good for my EAS to the mainland since they were local boys but I guess not they’re some crooks!

Movers were fast and efficient they picked up my phone calls immediately and didn't give me the run around on my move I hope they are the company contracted when I PCS again!!!!

Do your own your inventory sheet! They will steal your things. Worldwide movers was hired by my wife's company to pack and move our household goods off island last year. The things were then to be put in storage while our house was being built. After having our things delivered I was missing a plastic tote labeled "FRAGILE - NES". It was filled with recently cleaned and refurbished video game systems and games I've had since I was a child. Their movers INTENTIONALLY left this tote off our inventory sheet making it impossible to file a claim. If it went "missing" during the move, it would have been on the inventory sheet. CHECK YOUR INVENTORY SHEET CAREFULLY AND WATCH THE LABORERS, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR THINGS!!!
