The techs here suck. We went there to get help with my son's phone when he was having issues with it. The tech that helped me said that the phone needed to be replaced, when all it needed was a factory reset while plugged in.More recently when I upgraded all the phones in my account, the Verizon agents I spoke with on the phone told me when I get the new phones, I can go to any Verizon store and they'll help me transfer data from my old phones to the new phones. No mention of a service charge of $29.99 per phone, so it was a surprise to me when I walked in and asked for assistance and was told of this service charge. These kinds of services/practices are making me think twice of staying with Verizon...

After attempting to activate my new iPhone 15 Pro Max with Verizon's online costumer service after 3 hours and no success I went to the Verizon store in Kapolei for help. Jay, sensing that I was frustrated, provided exceptional service by trying your resolve the issue and talking story. He identified that the issue had to do with the eSIM. Once the issue was identified Jay was able to successfully activate the new iPhone on my Verizon account and iPhone. Thank you Jay for making a frustrating situation better.

Just got my new I phone 15 plus. Thanks to Lena my sales representative, she is awesome. She helped me make the decision to change phones without being pushy. Her professionalism and patience was refreshing. Thanks Lena.

I took advantage of their Black Friday deals and received the phone as promised. However, I encountered an issue where the phone did not activate automatically. I visited the Verizon store for assistance, but they were unable to activate it due to their inability to locate my account. This situation was quite frustrating and seemed absurd. It was frustrating because I had to travel a considerable distance just to resolve the problem. I contacted customer service, but unfortunately, they were not very helpful and reiterated that they were unable to locate my account. As a result of the emotional strain caused by this experience, I have made the decision to cancel my order and return the phone.

I am a long time Verizon customer and was treated Very badly at Verizon Kapolei by manager Robert Laffin. He didn't have any patience in assisting me and instead tried to kick me out and threaten to ban me instead of helping me with my billing issues. He specifically said I have to leave because there are other customers waiting that are buying things and I only have issues with my account. Rushing me out the store after I waited a long time for assistance I deserve the same time and patience as someone who was waiting to buy something. Very upset and disappointed I would like upper management to handle this bad manager

Stay away from this Verizon location. I went in because I had questions in my bill and the MANAGER told me, he can pull up my account but he can’t do anything. If I have any questions on billing, I need to call customer service. I had further questions and again he told me, I need to call customer service. This is a sad response from a manager. Goes to show what kind of place he’s managing. If you need ANY help, go to the Mililani location! I went to them with THE EXACT SAME QUESTIONS and they were MORE than happy to help me resolve my issues.

I specifically told them what I came in for first then she does and make the mistake of charging me for the wrong thing. But it’s ok because people make mistakes but what really made me upset is her vibe. Her customer service sucks. She needs to be more approachable and friendly. And if she looked like she was happy to help then my take on this would’ve been better.

Not very helpful. Filed an insurance claim. Told we had to go to another company. Will never do business with Verizon again. Very poor customer service.

I gave it a 4. The first time we were there the gentleman was soooo super nice. I don't know his name but looked like he had hurt his leg. The second time the girl sorry I don't know her name.( red hair ) No personality she's just there. No smile not friendly just no personality. The manager he was nice and friendly

Unfortunately had a terrible experience at this location. When we first came in we were hesitant to sign up with a new service as we already had a plan, which was cheaper, with T-mobile. The sales person eventually convinced us after assuring us that this is a 30 day risk free trial and if we change our minds, we bring everything back not damaged and we won’t have to pay for anything. Mind you I asked a bunch of questions about this and each time he answered we got you covered.Sadly didn’t work out and about two weeks later we returned the phones. We asked about the bills we received from Verizon and he said just ignore them because we don’t owe anything. Imagine our surprise when a month later we’re getting calls and emails that we do in fact owe for a month of service. One worker told us we have to pay for december’s phone service because we were in a two month cycle and only one month was waived. Another person told us only the phones were risk free and not the service. So basically we were lied to because the first guy knew he couldn’t make a sale unless he told us it was free. I didn’t want the plan in the first place but he insisted to try it because it would not hurt me in anyway.By the way, we received more spam calls on our verizon service in a month than T-mobile in a year. So Verizon is pro at wasting time. Please dear reader, find a better phone service. Verizon, do better.

We were seated immediately and drinks were served fast. Server Jordyn was awesome. She came by our table multiple times to check on us and to provide Drink refills.
