The manager is very rude there. 3 people standing around and say I need an appointment and will be 30 minutes. Just to look up a bill. I was told to go there from Verizon and nothing about an appointment. I left because they always have an issue not like t-mobile

Shoutout to Leksy who gave excellent customer service with the transfer of my data to my new phone. I purchased my phone from Apple, but came in for the assistance of the data transfer. Leksy was hands down kind, helpful and communicative with the whole process. She was a pleasure to talk with.

Horrible customer service. Walked in as new customers hoping to switch from another provider, but all the girl at the store did was greet us and remained sitting on her chair behind the counter. We were the only customers in the store and she did not even attempt to engage or ask us what we were looking for.

Horrible customer service. Walked in as new customers hoping to switch from another provider, but all the girl at the store did was greet us and remained sitting on her chair behind the counter. We went in on Saturday, September 23rd around noon and the worker didn't acknowledge us ONCE while we were in there and only decided to once we left. Poor customer service!

Wasn't open during normal hours. Sign didn't give a time they are coming back. I waited 30 minutes. I just wanted to get my new phone from the locker. Would give less stars if I could. It hot out here.
