Truck Rental in Kapolei, HI

“Rented out a box truck for an unexpected move. Landlord was a Pr1ck. Bright side is these guys at Penske. Josiah and especially Brandon was real helpful and understanding. Was nice that Brandon was taking the time to let me vent about my situation and he kept wishing me that things would get better and work out for me. Really lifted my spirits. Transaction was real smooth and easy. And will mention that price for the rental was super cheap. They don’t charge for the mileage unlike the other Penske in the area. That’s why was cheap. Anyways. I don’t usually give out reviews but had to give a shout out for this company for sure. Was even 20 mins late for drop off and wasn’t charged extra. That in itself was above and beyond for a company to overlook. Will rent my next moving truck from these guys from now on. Hopefully I don’t get kicked out from my next place too soon though. Will refer my friends and family for sure. Aloha.”

“I really appreciated my experience with the Uhaul in Kapolei. I had originally reserved a 9' van, but when they realized they actually didn't have one available I received a call from the manager to let me know that because of the slip up I would be getting a 10' box truck and $50 off the total cost of the trip. This helped me out so much because I had to move my wife and I the very next day and it would've been so much more work without a Uhaul. When I move again I'll definitely be giving Uhaul my business.”
