“mann i really really needed my transmission fixed and i took my 2010 crown victoria to john at pearlcity trans on the 8th of march they told me it would take two weeks and it was done by mon the 18th!! when he called me i was so surprised the got it done so quick ! i love how my car drives now i can finally reverse into stalks without being embarrassed that i can’t. the professionalism and kindness & aloha that was shown to me by john and STAFF @ PCT is amazing and first class! i HIGHLY recommend taking your vehicle to them for any transmission problems. i’d give them 10 ⭐️s but it only allows 5. thank you guys so h for fixing my baby ??”
“Our ABS VSA and power steering lights came on, and on the way to the shop the warning lights turned off. The shop advised up front, without the warning lights illuminated, there is a good chance they won't be able to pick up anything on their diagnostic scans. We wanted to check anyway just in case. The shop called back, they weren't able to find anything, but what I really think was outstanding, because they didn't do much, and didn't spend much time on the diagnostics, they actually didn't charge me anything. They could have easily charged for the time they spent running the tests, but they didn't. I will definitely take my cars back there. They are respectable and pleasant to work with!”
“I’m really happy I found Usman’s shop. I’m single female and know nothing about cars, and with that can run into dishonest mechanics taking advantage of me. I didn’t feel like that was the case with Usman. He was very honest and professional with me. “Let me tell you this is the only one that had afternoon safety checks availability near base I called a lot of places it’s usually a set time in the morn or appointments , but this place was come first serve … which is very convenient the process went smooth . Patrick customer service is A1 and he is informative ! Thankkk you! Will be a repeat customer while being stationed in Hawaii! And the cashier in the gas station had amazing customer service when I got a soda , the environment was amazing !”

I brought my vehicle here without knowing what was wrong. After paying for a diagnosis, the mechanic explained that the issue was caused by my previous service provider, who improperly reinstalled certain components during my recent oil change.
He could have easily taken advantage of the situation and charged me several hundred dollars to fix the problem. Instead, he recommended that I return to the place where I had my last service done. I followed his advice and was able to get the issue resolved there.
I appreciate their honesty and highly recommend this location.”
