I always had an amazing experience at this store. I’m a returning customer and this last week they went above and beyond. I purchased quite a few items with Angela, who was really great helping me out. A couple of days later there was a big Tommy Bahama sale and all my items were being sold at a discount. I walked back to the store and the General Manager Aga was truly amazing in honoring their price adjustment policy. The process was easy and relatively fast. I’ll keep coming back.

This review is for the wonderful consultant Remy! She went above and beyond helping me and my mom find the right sizes and different colored shirts. She even called an Ala Moana to hold the right size we needed and ensure it’s ready for pick up once we got there. Thank you so much Remy for your help and recommendations! This is a great place to shop for swim wear. Aga is amazing and will help you with your needs and recommend you different styles based on your preferences. She’s a rockstar!

Great customer service! All the staff members were super friendly and helpful while I was here. They’ve got a few nice and clean dressing rooms with lots of space too. Well stocked and lots of selection available as well. Overall I had a great experience here and I’d definitely recommend you stop in when you’re in the area.

The best customer experience ever ! Remy was incredibly kind and helpful ! Smiling all the time , she realy makes you feel welcome and does everything she can to give the best customer service . Also she looks amazing and always have a nice makeup that goes perfectly with her Tommy Bahama dresses

Outstanding experience in the Ko Olina, Oahu, HI location. I was visiting the area and forgot my flip-flops. Headed right to the nearby Tommy Bahama location to find replacement. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They made mention of the new product in the store along with mention of the sale items.Richard was super helpful - asked good questions and offered me a couple of options that would suit my needs. I purchased one of his suggested flip-flop options!

Had an enjoyable time in this store on our family vacation. Very nice store that was clean and had many options. All the associates were helpful but really enjoyed Cheryl. Enjoyed her help and visiting with her. If I am able visit Oahu again this will definitely be on my list on stops. Thanks Stacy

Tommy Bahamas store in Koolina has variety of items/merchandise from dresses, pants and ladies golf outfits. Most of the time, the size that i need is available. The quality of the clothes areSuper.The sales crew are very courteous and helpful specially Remy. She is full of smiles when she sees us.

I was in a hurry and found a moment to stop in the TB shop in KoOlina and saw a blouse I like immediately. I did not have time to try it on, or purchase it at that moment but Cheryl offered to hold it until I could return. An hour later, it was ready for me to finish the transaction. I was so pleased with the service.
