If I could give less than 1 star I would. As soon as you walk in the smell you're hit with is harsh, smells like old mildewed towels that had been left in the washer too long. Staff was rude and pushy. When I showed my tech what I wanted she said without a doubt that she could do it. Well that was not the case at all. The shape was not what I wanted, the design is absolutely awful. They don't match, it looks like a 2 year old did it. Then when it was time for my pedicure, she cut and burned my toes with the drill, the water was cold, chairs felt like they were about to break. I asked for simple white polish....hard to mess up right? Wrong. It was so bad I asked her to take it off and just put clear, which she reluctantly did and kept asking me why I said to change it. Only got half of the services in my pedicure. Probably one of the worst experiences I have ever had.

Danny and Mimi were absolutely AMAZING! Funny, engaging, kind.
My friend did not have such a positive experience with nail tech Khanh who was aggressive, I would not recommend her specifically.

I've found the best pedicure tech!! Never disappoints!! Please request Khan!! I've been to so many different places to try pedicures but Khan is by far the best and I'm so glad I found her!! I always get a hot stone pedicure, If you want an awesome massage then she's your girl..please tip her well because she really deserves it and she's one of the best I've seen that takes her time and doesn't rush her customers.

Excellent service, favorite nail color always available and very friendly staff. I love the fact that I don't have to make an appointment and I can just walk in to get a pedicure done.

I come here for my eyebrow wax. Every time I come they are always very helpful and fast. The last time I came I mentioned that I have sensitive skin about my eye and right below my eyebrow. The woman was very attentive and took her time when it came to waxing my eyebrows. I highly recommend.

The staff here are so friendly and attentive, especially Kelly and Danny. Kelly really pays attention to detail and always does a quality job. Highly recommend the volcano pedicure! It is moderately priced but you're paying for the quality. I'm so happy we found a great nail place near us!

Kelly took her time with my nails and my aggressive cuticles and got my hands right. Will definitely good back for an encore. Highly recommend.
