I want to specifically call out Kawai and his service. Kawai was very helpful and truly understands what a good customer experience should be. I appreciate the staff here and this will be my preferred location over all the other UPS stores. I had a rather odd shaped item to ship out, Kawai took the time to explain everything before finalizing the sale. We need more customer service individuals like him.

Very good experience. The staff has always been available and efficient. We used their service for several months by opening a post office box: it was very useful to us throughout our stay.

Charges $2 for printing a label and extra to tape over a small box. Stingy.
Update - re: response from the business - you're missing the point. First of all, where you went wrong is not charging to print a label, it's charging $2 to print one sheet of paper. Asking extra to tape over a small box AFTER the customer paying for that label is insulting. You've marked up the print cost at least 20x, it's laughable for you to argue from a "everything cost us therefore it's fair to charge whatever we decide to charge you" perspective.
Second of all, you are not "helping me with the return", you're performing a service UPS offers in exchange for a fee. You're not doing anyone a favor. So stop framing yourself as a small business to get people to give you more leeway, think more thoroughly instead about your pricing model and your customer service.

I was just in this store this afternoon to drop off an Amazon return. I have been in this store before, and the employees have always been professional and nice. NOT TODAY The young male worker had really odd behavior. I went to hand this employee my return, he had a plastic bag and I was going to place it in the bag. he says unnecessarily to me, "I don't want to touch it!" I look over at the female worker that's standing right next to him and she's just smirking like a jerk. I just really don't understand their behavior. I really don't know why he had to be a jerk about it. I really don't understand why he had to make the customer feel bad. It wasn't like I was returning something dirty or disgusting or anything. I had a plastic sealed bag with dog toys in it. It was literally two plastic toy balls. It was not dirty, it was not soiled so I really don't understand their reaction. his reaction was totally unnecessary, he could have just held the bag open and I could have just dropped it in there. I don't know when they started hiring unprofessional jerks.

They pretty much can do anything! Kevin is awesome and the staff is very helpful. I just go in and say "Can you help me with....." and so far the answer has always been "YES" I'm so glad they ate located right across Down to Earth, my other favorite store.

I normally wouldn't leave a review for a shipping store but the service here was so excellent that I had to. They are very friendly, helpful, and they have a very nice smelling diffuser. Would highly recommend for all your shipping service needs, or if you want a nice scented candle.

This new store in Kakaako should be a great compliment to all the new housing and business in the Kakaako district area. They return Amazon packages, have a 24 hour mailbox rental are with self serve³åq printing machines for those that rent boxes. Packing and shipping services, signage printing, and blue prints. This is a one stop shop for most of your mailing and shipping needs.

Kevin went above and beyond with his customer service. I have 2 service dogs and both wrists and arms had experience an injury cannot carry the heavy big box I had. Kevin was so polite to come outside as I waited in the loading zone and accommodated me by gathering the heavy Amazon returns and he scanned them inside for me. He was so helpful. He deserves recognition for being an outstanding employee and first rate excellent customer service!!! Huge mahalo Kevin, I appreciate you helping me that day.
