Helpful and friendly staff, made it easy and less confusing then I thought it would be. The vehicle was clean and had no issue's so it went through the safety check with ease. Will do it again. They are a little out in the boonies, but it's an island, it's not that far.

Pasha group was in charge of our military move. Despite having proof of purchase, a missing item claim was denied for no real reason. I was told that it was denied because the shipping container came to me sealed...but that doesn't mean the item wasn't taken on either side. With 4 or more people unloading the truck, it is impossible to watch each person at all times. With 4 people packing the house/garage in the US it is impossible to watch at all times. This group seems to not care about the customer, and I will be filing complaints on the military side. If that happens enough, the military contracts can be dropped.

Waring!!! don't ship your motorcycle with these guys. They keep losing their contract with the companies that secure the bikes. They are not releasing my bike because they don't have a current contract so my bike sits in their storage. Last time this happened in 2018 it was months before they resolved the problem.

TOTALLY UNSATISFIED. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I would give ZERO stars if I could. Don't be fooled by the low quote. You get what you pay for. Use M**s*n, they are reliable. I used their posted schedule that shows you the ship your car will be on and the delivery date. I dropped my vehicle off days before ship departed Oahu and would enter port in San Diego. I was on a very tight window of time and would need my vehicle to continue with my move to Texas. My plans were to fly from Oahu to San Diego and drive to Texas. BEFORE purchasing ANY tickets I CONFIRMED the ships's arrival date NUMEROUS times and was assured it would arrive on date xxxx. Well, the ship did arrive on correct date, but it arrived in San Pedro which is outside of Los Angeles. NOW I was being told my car would NOT be ready for pic k up in San Diego until the following week??? WTF? I explained my predicament and was told the BEST they could do would be pick up in San Pedro the following day. I had to rent a car in San Diego, drive to San Pedro, pick up my car (which had DAMAGE, but no one cared) drive back to San Diego to drop off rental car and continue on to Texas. Let's get back to that damage. When they took me to my vehicle, I pointed out the bumper damage and was told to check with people at the gate. I got to the gate and was told Pasha does not have an office at that location. Just call customer service and report damage. I called customer service while I was enroute on expressway and was told I was supposed to report the damage before I left the lot. Exactly to whom was I to report it to? No one wanted to take responsibility. I just had to EAT IT because I wanted to save a few bucks by NOT choosing M**s*n. I certainly M**s*n to ship my 2nd vehicle with no problems nor damage. It was delivered to my door in Texas on-time as promised. Remember, you get what you pay for
