I have my favorite lash tech that I go to at the beauty room. When I first started doing my lashes I did try out a few different lash techs but by far my lash experience differs greatly. With my favorite lash tech, she is SO AWESOME and I will only go to her. If she ever were to leave I would follow her since in my opinion she is the best. So based on this one person, I give the beauty room 5 stars. I did have a few “not so good” lash experiences prior to her, so I guess it really just depends who you get. It is a little pricey but totally worth it for my girl. For selfish reasons, I don’t want to mention her name or else I feel that everyone is going to rush to book with her and it’ll be way harder to get my appointments with her lol, so please forgive me, my favorite person!

Love Love lashes here! My go to for the past 3 years! My lash artist "Amy" & "V" Best ever! Their quick & professional efficiency of service is on-point to a "T" Always done Perfectly!

Went in for a lash lift and tint cause I needed some pampering and relaxation and USUALLY I get that here. But today I was sat next to another client who fell asleep and started snoring ridiculously loud and aggressive. I just got started, 5 mins in so I couldn’t just get up or do much but I kindly asked my tech if it was possible for them to wake her because the loud snoring made it incredibly impossible for me to relax myself. The tech said something in her language and did nothing to wake the woman snoring aggressively. It gave me extreme anxiety for the entire treatment! I even asked her a second time and told her that it was inconsiderate for everyone else there trying to also relax and the tech just laughed about it. Worst “luxury” service experience I’ve ever had!

Best place to get your lashes done!! I’ve been looking for a lash lady for a while on Oahu and I found her at the Beauty Room. My lashes don’t fall out, they last 4 weeks (which I’ve never found before) she does an amazing job!!

Definitely felt discriminated against. The way I was treated and talked to vs the girls in front of me like night and day. Eyebrow lady didn’t say 2 words to me. Front desk girl was rude and short. Never again.

Worst eyelashes ever! So expensive and the lashes were falling out the next day. They need to make sure, the kind of lashes are the best quality and the girls are good in doing it., Not going back.

I went in for a lash tint and a Brazilian/armpit wax. The tint was nice but my eyelashes started falling out the following day/weeks. I’ve had my lashes tinted several times and never had this issue before. I now have chunks of missing lashes and they just look terrible.As for my Brazilian I’m honestly pretty ticked off. I still had hair in several places and needed to shave within the week- I went out of country on a cruise so going somewhere else wasn’t an option. I’ve been waxing for years and I have never had my hair grow back so quickly or simply just have so much hair left over after the wax. Same with my armpits. There was so much hair leftover.I received a call while I was receiving the lash tint and was asked to come in later for the wax to which I replied no I was already there being worked on and I wasn’t going to leave and come back. I made the appointment for the time that worked with my schedule and it was not my fault they overbooked themselves.I am disappointed and will not be returning nor will I recommend this place to anyone.

**I am so unsatisfied that i want to leave a comment on here. **I've had lash lift done many times before. I have been to this location 3 times. The first 2 times everything went fine but yesterday I went to get it done by (I believe) Jacklyn Lam. I told her specifically how I want it done because I have small eye shape and that I don't want it to come out looking weird. My lashes have decent length. I told her that I want to get a natural look and don't want them to be super curly. I requested to have her use medium silicone rods but she insisted in using small rods and said that my eyes are too small for size medium. I kept telling her to use medium because I have use that size before and that I loved the look I achieved previously with size medium rods. She kept asking me if I got them done at her location and I said yes. Not only she didn't listen to me she kept on telling me how I needed to add on lash tint when I respectfully declined at least 2 times since I sat down at her chair. During the process, she accidentally put the solution that she used in my left eye and that forced me to squint. She told me to stop closing them too hard. I tried my hardest not to close them too hard while my left eye was burning. She kept pulling the lashes in the corner of my left eye to fix it. Once everything was done I saw how curly they were. I gave them benefit of the doubt and hopeful that the lashes would set better after 24 hrs. I left without saying anything when I should have. I took the pic as soon as I got to the car. I didn't put any product and avoided to get them wet for 24 hours as usual but the lashes still looking all weird and curly AF this morning. Some curls inward and irritates the heck out of my eyeballs. They all curl in every directions (all the wrong ditections instead of panning out beautifully). I'm extremely unsatisfied and mad that they're probably not going to fix them for me or even notice this comment. Never go there if you want your lashes to come out nice. ?Service: Lash lift

I just moved to Oahu & I was looking for someone to do my lashes & Kimmy was amazing! She was quick & did a fantastic job! She made sure I got what I wanted & she was very nice.
