Don’t bother trying to call them, they will never answer their phone. They grumble about doing price match & literally bump into you in the isles stocking and don’t even say excuse me … bathrooms dirty. Ala Moana is better.

I like shopping at Target, but unfortunately I just had an uncomfortable experience in the women's bathroom with my 2 daughters. While using the bathroom we heard a male's voice talking to his son. We walked out of our stall and he walked out of the bathroom with his son. Another lady came out of her stall at the same time, she double took and said, I thought I heard a male 's voice and also was unconfortable with a perplexed look on her face like me. I like Target but not this experience... It is not something that makes me feel safe in a women's bathroom, especially for my young daughters.

?Perfect place to grab your necessities! They’ve got great selection of everything you need, including tons of grocery and produce items. Place was super clean and all the employees were very friendly and helpful. Good size parking lot with some EV chargers too which is always great. Overall I’d totally come back here and would definitely recommend it.

Omg. I needed to find men’s clothing and there was this super sweet girl. Her name was charisma and I was so surprised at how knowledgeable she was. She helped me find the clothes that I need and she price matched them for me. She is awesome. 1000% 5 star customer service.

I generally love shopping at target. But I recently found out that they discontinued their target brand tampons. This is very unfortunate because this is a very common feminine hygiene product. And I would expect a large wide store such as target to offer that in their store brand

This was my first visit to the Kapolei Target store, I found it to be the best experience by far. The store was immaculately clean and busy but well stocked, with short wait times at checkout. One particular encounter with the Customer Service representative Candace was phenomenal ?? she went above and beyond to assist me with a dilemma I was having with the baby shower registry, she helped me resolve that issue and gave me a crash course along with tips on maneuvering the Target app. She was so kind, patient, knowledgeable, and her professionalism was unmatched! I am so grateful ? for her assistance, thanks ? and KUDOS to you Candace!

Kapolei Target store has a good variety of hard, soft and grocery items. We find most of store personnel friendly and helpful, some not so friendly. Store is usually clean and well lit. Depending on the day and time, checking out can be quick or time consuming. But no complaints either way. There is a Pharmacy and Starbucks in the store if you need something. Personally prefer shopping there during the weekdays versus weekends for obvious reasons.

I have called customer service e 15 times and it rings ans rings then hangs up on me. We forgot something at self check out. We don't like 5 minutes away and traveling woth a 2 yr old and 8 month old is a little work to get in and out of car with them. Horrible customer relations never expected this from.target.

I witnessed a caucasian female employee asked an African American male for his Identification when buying alcohol but not asking a caucasian male who was buying alcohol right after. I witnessed this at the Target in Kapolei. I think that was not right.
