I have been shoping at Kapolei T&C for several years. Today, i was asked three time if I need help, twice by the same person. Its a small store and they were giving me and my husband extra attention. Ive worked in retail and when the manager see a known shoplifter we would make sure someone tends to them as they move around the store. I have never stolen from a store or this store. I have given a lot of money to T&C Kapolei. Today is the last day I do that. Thanks T&C for losing me as your customer.

If i could give you guys 10 stars I would!! I recently had a bad experience with another local clothing brand within the same mall. Their customer service was terrible. But when I went here, I felt like family. So much so, I ended up purchasing more than I planned to hahaha!! I’ll definitely be coming back again and supporting T&C. Thank you guys for showing what true local business is about.
P.S You guys were the only ones who had Defend Hawaii anywhere in Kapolei and I love that!!

Excellent customer service! We found a better Yeti thermos online after purchasing one from their Pearlridge store and called every T&C and found what we wanted at their Windward Mall store. The associate there put on hold what I selected and did a quick exchange with no problems!

Stopped to get some gifts before heading back to San Diego. While shopping my blood sugar dropped. Malia and Vince came to my assistance with a chair for me to sit on and then offered a candy or a Cinnabon for me to eat. 1 reason I miss home the aloha spirit. Mahalo for the excellent customer service

Great staff, very helpful and friendly. Actually I was headed to Footlocker but it was not opened (even tho Yelp said it was opened at 10am which I found out from this shop staff that they open at 11am)but this shop was.... Yay! Nice shop I got some slippers for my grandson and they had a lot of sales. I also got a Tank top for my son! Will return for sure! Better prices and great sales, head down there to check it out you won't regret it, I didn't!

Me and my family went to look for skateboards here and we had barely anyone help us, the lady at the cashier just kept side eyeing my dad and brother as if they were going to steal the boards. We came to the pearlridge location and we already had 4 employees come up to us to assist and offer help or advice in a spand of 5 minutes! And WAY more welcoming vibes, Insane difference. I don't recommend the kamakana location unless you're okay with just being stared at, smh.

Not helpful nor friendly staff. Bought a hat yesterday and I was the only one in there. There were 4 young girls working all just standing around the register talking story. I guess business must be good that you don't need to see if a customer needs help with anything. No big deal. Here's where my issue is. When I went to the register to pay 3 of the 4 girls walked away and the last of them made it seem like it was a big deal to ring me up. She asked if I'd like to purchase a bag I politely said no and she took the receipt and put it on my item I just bought and said nothing else. I don't know if she was pissed off that I didn't buy a bag from her, but it sure looked that way to me. I felt like she did me a favor buy having to ring up my sale. I should've just asked for a refund and bought the item elsewhere. I may still do so based on how rudely I was treated. Bottom line no aloha spirit.
