I’m a surfboard enthusiast and have ordered boards with many shops trough out the years in Hawai’i. But there isn’t a close second when comes down to customer service, variety and quality ( their glassing is amazing ).
The best part is definitely the team thou, Dean is beyond knowledgeable about surfboards, he is been working on the industry for a long long time and is always kind, helpful and whiling to give his time as long as needed until you figure out what board is best for you. Shout-out to Matt too for always been so nice and quick to answer emails and help out.

Mark and Dean changed my life, literally. Because of their patience, knowledge and experience I got a magical board. I had given up because I disliked the board I previously had and I knew a new one would be money I don’t have. Mark was able to get me a board, bag, leash, strap and wax for less than I thought I would have paid. Because of his recommendation, I am now wanting to surf everyday again. Much Mahalos for the Lava Glowing Aloha!

The staff at the Surfboard Factory is of course an amazing experience. They have an amazing selection of boards, and knowledge to pick out 1, or 3 if needed. I purchased several over the years. This is an awesome board shop, they have a ton of options and great pricing. Staff is super friendly and the owner is very cool, he knows every single board on the floor and can match you up with whatever you're trying to do out in the water. I'll come here every time I'm looking to grab a new board.

Picked up my new custom board made by Kim Purington last week. Awesome board he made. I bought 5 or 6 boards from here this year. Very prompt in returning calls and emails, and excellent customer service every time. Also, easy to get to from town and plenty of parking.

Great selection of boards, shapers, and accessories. Staff could be a little friendlier. But it was a Saturday morning. Love the board so far. Channel Islands Happy Traveler 6'6" surfed it at Alligators. Coffin Brothers Future Fins Thruster set.

Sorry for Japanese... I found the Roxy surfboard I was looking for and was told that they would ship it free of charge from Oahu to the Big Island of Hawaii, so after confirming via phone and email, I purchased it immediately. It arrived in a container and arrived in just one day, and I was very happy with it.
The website said it included fins, but they didn't, so I called and Kayly was very helpful, even though they didn't currently offer fins. Despite this, they sent me two fins and wax. They also gave me a rash guard.
I think this is a shop with very good service. They had a lot in stock and the customer service was very good, so I would buy them again when I need a surfboard. I will recommend it to my friends! ? Thank you very much. Aloha?
