IF YOU WANT TO SAVE TIME - READ MY REVIEWShout out to Malik, who assisted me right away as I arrived to the location. I waited about 5 minutes, and he abided by the reservation time I made. I HIGHLY recommend to go into their website and make an appointment. Arrive in time and sign in the tablet as you walk in. You will see your name on the screen after you sign in on the top of the screen. If you fail to do this, you will be in the walk-in wait list and you will be there for a while.I see a lot of bad reviews, mostly because of the wait times. Spectrum needs to be better - it’s not the employees’ fault. There were 6 help desk and there was only Malik helping out the long wait lines, and one in the back conducting inventory. It seems that spectrum doesn’t prioritized it’s customer’s time - because if they did, they will hire more and have more workers to assist. This has been an issue based on the reviews for months, if not years. And all Spectrum does is leave a comment to bad reviews and say “sorry we didn’t meet your expectation, if you need further assistance, go to this website”. Generic response to all customer’s criticism. Be better, Spectrum. Actually do something about the issue.

I don't think these people know how to do their job. It's scary because they don't have a record of who's changing your account and who help(agent) that unknown person that day that your account was changed.

I sign up for Spectrum internet service that was $49.99 a month for 3 Years. Before signing the contract, I reconfirmed with the store associate that it was $49.99 a month for three years. Now, at the beginning of the third year, Spectrum Internet raises their monthly bill to $64.99 a month. I called their billing Dept and they are saying that my $49.99 is ending, charges went up, and go read your contract. I believe that Spectrum is practicing deception and entrapment and is unethical business practice. Also, I have no way of getting out of my contract. Definitely going to another cable Internet carrier. Plenty out there. I place an official compliant with the FCC, FTC and BBB. Big company like these should be fine heavy for fraud.

I won't say anything that has already been said. Went in tonight to simply exchange routers. There were three people working there tonight and I was there for over two hours. Not one of us was acknowledged. Staff walked off when they started getting approached from customers and went into the back and never returned. Pretty shocking. At least it's nice to know they treat EVERYONE like crap.

Been here for 30 min. Waiting to exchange a modem. 2 associates only and they spend so much time taking care of mobile phone service. Come on, Verizon has at least 4 people working at a time.

Although I could not return my cellular phone in its FedEx box, Specialist Evan Chen went beyond the call and printed out a return label when I explained I did not have a printer. Reinforced the reason I switch back to Spectrum

The Spectrum rep who assisted me was great! He answered my questions and made my feel assured that he understood our dilemma. He helped us set up cable and internet service. Would definitely do business with again.

Went to this location to return a modem so as to avoid a non return equipment fee. I was greeted quickly but immediately turned away, “You can just take our spectrum modem to the UPS store and mail it right to us.”—Speechless. I took the modem to the UPS store and wouldn’t you know, the representative mentioned how many other spectrum customers (like hundreds) are out of their mind upset about these occurrences.
