Lance is the bomb. I did a walk in and waited like 30 minutes, when I get called Lance let's me know that I don't have all the items I needed to return (totally my fault.) I didn't want to wait in line again, but Lance said he'd keep my tab open. I went home and brought back my item and Lance had already filled everything out while I was gone and helped me while he was helping another customer. I was in and out in 2 minutes. Saved me so much time and stress!

HORRIBLE customer service. I read the negative reviews and they were spot on. I waited 5 minutes in an empty store while the manager Brandon walked around and did not even greet me. I had to ask why I'm still waiting when there's no one else in the store. He said they would call me when they were ready?? Ready for what.. no one else was there!!!
Someone needs to coach this guy on what customer service looks like.

Kapolei Spectrum SUCKS!! The employees are SO SLOW!!! First of all they should have more than 2 workers at a time. There's 6 registers with 2 workers and only 1 of the workers actually calling people. God only knows what the other one is doing at her register but she isn't helping customers in the store!! All I need to do is pick up a Sim card and I'm having to wait almost an hour. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Makes me wanna cancel my service!

Google maps will take you to the wrong location! The spectrum store is located in the same parking lot as Regal Cinemas Movie Theater and Kapolei Keiki Dental. Google maps will take you by Crumbl Cookie, Genko Sushi and a yoga place.
Service was quick & the staff was very nice! I went on a weekday and had no issues.

I’ve never felt so humiliated at this Spectrum branch. Miss lashes really need to fix her attitude with talking to people and making them feel dumb for not knowing things. They talked and laughed about my inquiry even before I left the building. I was so nice the whole time asking, and im sorry if I was still confused but did they really need to look annoyed???? 0 stars

I didn't need to set up a appointment time just went and later in the afternoon after 3:30 walk in walk out within 30 minutes with my product no issues I'll be back thank you
