Great selection with fantastic prices are. Staff was very nice and welcoming. Bought a nice performance t-shirt and pair of sunglasses for only $15! Cashier smiled and thanked me for stopping in. First time shopping at Ross but will definitely go again when one is nearby. Highly recommend!

Worst Ross ever! Cashier didn’t give me my card back and lazy female manager claimed she watched the camera back and described me wearing a totally different outfit and said I took my card back when in fact that isn’t true. I will not be returning and if you guys shop here please use tap to pay!

I'm a white man who took some clothes to the dressing room. I just held up my fingers to show I had four items and they gave me a number four ticket. Afterwards, I saw a brown skinned lady in a hijab go to the dressing room. A mean looking lady made her hang her clothes and they went through the racks to make sure she only had two items. The blatant racism was disgusting and makes me not want to shop here.

Lots of men's clothing, if you are a size small it can be a hit or miss as lots of Asians do shop here so their may not be a wide variety of options to choose from

I thought Nimitz Ross was bad but this Ross is just as bad. A ton of customers in line & only 2 open registers with 4 employees standing & looking at the line get longer. Not cool.

This store is more organized & not as messy as the Mililani store. The cashiers are kinda standoffish. I mean they talk when you talk to them but there's no emotion. Kinda robotic. But overall the store is clean
