I've never had a dog that required grooming and was a bit concerned how he'd be with new people. I expressed this and was met with understanding and reassurance that it's fine.Everything was EASY... from setting up an appointment to discussing the process and pricing all the way to drop off and pick up.Everything was explained to me when I dropped him off even down to what I could expect to see when it comes to his behavior after his hair is gone.The work done in this hidden gem is truly magical.I wish I had done it sooner.My little Gofie(goh-fee) Guy is transformed!!! I love it.We will definitely be back.

Great customer service, fair prices compared to everyone else in the area (even ones that claimed to be the cheapest, but tried to charge hundreds for things we didn't need), and efficient. I already thought they were awesome, but then when it was time to move off island they were even more amazing! They helped me plan appts accordingly, and they filed my animals paperwork for the airport with individual name tabs (because I have 4 animals). It was very helpful. Thanks for everything!

91-579 Farrington Hwy #105, KapoleiI brought my dog in for an infected hot spot and a leg injury. I was so scared that the two were related, and I had just lost my younger brother very suddenly a week earlier, and... to put it bluntly, I was a mess. I sat down in the exam room, started crying, and didn't stop. The entire conversation on my end was conducted through tears. But I was met with nothing but extraordinary kindness and compassion from the staff that helped me. They talked me through what was wrong, gave me a detailed cost breakdown of treatment and multiple options, and were incredibly patient with me even as I was beating myself up for not noticing the hot spot earlier. During the most difficult time of my life, the staff at VCA Kapolei provided much-needed compassionate care to my dog- who is now back up and making messes. My sincere thanks to all involved.

Came to Oahu and we could smell something grilling that was so good from the parking lot. Ordered the inasal chicken and noodles and both were delicious smokey goodness.

711 Kamokila Blvd, Kapoleiall the food was SUPERB! The pork chop with mushroom gravy was actually BEAUTIFUL for being a take out order. I couldn't believe how savory the mushroom gravy was, it is soooooo good! They let me sub the grilled squash with roasted potatoes and I also sub the starch for fresh green beans. Just thinkin about that pork chop entree makes my mouth water. My husband ate the entire entree without uttering a word which means he LOVED IT! He is a creature of habit so I know when he says nothing instead of complaining, this means he's loving what he's eating lol lol lol. I had the macaroni &cheese! The texture of the macaroni was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! the only suggestion I have for the chef for the Mac n cheese is to add some BLACK TRUFFLE ZEST and possibly a dash of TRUFFLE SALT. The Mac and cheese is SO GOOD that I actually plan on ordering it REGULARLY! Now their LILIKOI CHEESE CAKE is OUTSTANDING! the slice is HUGE and even though it cost $9, I think it's enough for 2 people to share so WELL WORTH the cost! The only thing that'll prevent me from eating at KALAPAWAI frequently is the cost. It was pricey BUT the food is all fresh, home made tasting, arranged well so fur this quality of food, it isn't low cost! Please don't let this deter you from enjoying this restaurant! KALAPAWAI DELI serves really good food! Please go there when you eat great food!

4450 Kapolei Pkwy Building D, KapoleiWe came here for brunch on a Sunday at around 10:30, and there was a decent line. If you plan to dine in, have someone stand in line and make the food order while another person finds an open table. They will give you a number stand so they know where to bring your food. We decided to get a table outside and it was nicely shaded. We ordered three dishes. Braised Beef Loco Moco, Wagyu Burger, and a Smoked Salmon Benedict. Not gonna lie, we thought it was a little pricy but when our food came out. It immediately changed our minds. The portion was pretty big! Each dish came with a salad and that was very tasty. There was a papaya that also came with the Eggs Benedict. All three dishes were great and there is a lot of different things to try. We will definitely be back.

We ordered a sushi roll that he probably makes several times a day but he put in the effort and care into making the experience special just for us. I highly recommend eating here. Mahalo!

I would've personally loved a table and chairs outside to enjoy our cold treats, but the inside seating was adequate.
We got a medium Berry Wellness Bowl and the Kaulai Monkey smoothie with chocolate protein in Large, and they were both delicious! If we find another location closer to us, we will be back. Delicious and the prices are what we expected for something fresh.
