I expressed this and was met with understanding and reassurance that it's fine.Everything was EASY... from setting up an appointment to discussing the process and pricing all the way to drop off and pick up.Everything was explained to me when I dropped him off even down to what I could expect to see when it comes to his behavior after his hair is gone.The work done in this hidden gem is truly magical.I wish I had done it sooner.My little Gofie(goh-fee) Guy is transformed!!! I love it.We will definitely be back.

Great customer service, fair prices compared to everyone else in the area (even ones that claimed to be the cheapest, but tried to charge hundreds for things we didn't need), and efficient. I already thought they were awesome, but then when it was time to move off island they were even more amazing! They helped me plan appts accordingly, and they filed my animals paperwork for the airport with individual name tabs (because I have 4 animals). It was very helpful. Thanks for everything!

We went for an early Saturday morning breakfast and after finishing, we may be done for the day. My wife ordered a breakfast plate with scrambled eggs and bacon, along with a side salad and avacados. I had the braised beef loco moco with 2 eggs over medium. It was absolutely delicious and perfectly prepared. It also came with a side salad, which was fresh and very tasty. We are already planning our next meal there.

92 Aliinui Dr, KapoleiUlu Cafe is your all-day, resort cafe—everything from breakfast, lunch, snacks, drinks, and dinner. The prices are fair, and the menu selection is pretty good, with plenty of fresh options. The staff were all kind and helpful, and they opened early at 6:30 am.
At Aulani, I would visit this cafe at least a couple of times a day because you can purchase a refillable Aulani mug and get fountain drinks, coffee, hot and iced tea, and hot chocolate for free during your stay. It was also the perfect souvenir. That was a great perk during our visit.
I also ordered some lunch and dinner on a couple of occasions for convenience. The menu has a good variety, and the quality is decent for resort food. We've ordered pizzas to take to our room or enjoy on the beach or poolside. My family tried the Macadamia Nut-Crusted Catch Of The Day, and they enjoyed it. They have spam musubi available fresh in the morning, but when they sell out, that's it for the day. Get yours early!
There are some tables on the patio, and the vibes are nice when it's not too busy. And during the morning, you can grab a table at Off the Hook restaurant if the patio is filled.
The grab-and-go food and treats are fresh, and the desserts look amazing, too. You can also purchase a whole cake for special occasions. Whenever the munchies or thirst hit, Ulu Cafe will provide.

Came to Oahu and we could smell something grilling that was so good from the parking lot. Ordered the inasal chicken and noodles and both were delicious smokey goodness.

Waitresses were friendly but it took 25 minutes to get the check. It seemed like they didn't have enough staff to keep up.
