This was my first time there and I was very disappointed. I had a full set done and not one of my nails look the same from the other in length, width, and thicknesses, not to mention, two of the nails are completely lopsided. I had a pedi done as well and what was done on the right foot was on half done on the left. I'll definitely never go there again

Waiting for service while one nail tech is doing another nail tech's nails. Im pressed for time so waiting because I need my toe color changed as I have to go to a function. I believe one of them is the manager too. Poor service. Definitely customers are NOT their priority.

The cost is triple the quality of their service. Instead of being honest and just saying they don't know how to do ombre they just improvised. They don't shape evenly and don't clearly understand what you want. I asked for gel ombre and she proceeded to so acrylic all slanted and my total came out to $100. They are basically using the fact that they're one of the few nail salons in Kapolei and charge high tho their quality isn't worth it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE.

This place is a nightmare. Don't waste your time or money. After I wrote a negative review on Yelp the management sent me a “compliment “ saying how this and that were my fault! She never offered to make it up to me and I had been a good customer who tips very well and I was patient thru all of the nonsense too. Terrible customer service!

Management is quite rude. I no longer go there after so many "go backs" for lifting and serious hang nails right after I spent $80. Never had I had these issues anywhere. Total waste of money. I went to a competitor and manicure lasted 14 days at this location they day it should last one day. What planet are they on?

Amazing! Please see Vivian and Mimi. They did a beautiful job on my sister and my nails. We each got a full set,took no longer than one hour. Wonderful service,gorgeous results

My gel nails cracked and broken after 4 days of getting them done. Don't waste you money at all. I have been getting nails since I was 17 years old. This was by far the WORST!! My nails have never looked so lost.

I was referred to this nail salon by a family member. I am originally from Florida so I took her advice. We showed up, the wait wasn't to long . The thing that really got me was when I was the only person waiting to be serviced.. First, the young lady said goodbye to her previous client and she was going through the list, it looked as if she was waiting for someone else to walk through.. she waited a few minutes.. Now by then I was getting a bit anxious. So then she called me. I asked for a fill and a replacement for my manicure. I wanted acrylic and not gel. She seemed baffled. I went to pick a color and came back to the table . All the time that this young lady was doing my nails, she didnt engage any type of conversation with me, but continued to look around me as if she was waiting for someone to come in, now this continued all through the time she was doing my nails.. After my hands were done I also got a pedicure.. I paid close to $60 and $20 tip. Now I don't know about any other client of theirs but 1. I still have smeared nail polish on my fingers 2. The finger she put the replacement is tender 3. My nails are not the same length on either hand. 4. And there is still nail polish underneath my nails. I understand that people get busy and wrapped up in their own life but when a paying customer is in front you, your focus should be entirely on that customer. I get better service in the ghetto of Orlando then I did here. I wouldn't recommend this establishment to anyone.

came here once to do my eyebrows because i didnt have time to drive all the way to waipahu. since it was a weekday after work i only waited for about 5mins then a lady took me in. she did a very good job and i told myself that i would go there again!!! went for the 2nd time on my lunch break after sitting for about 10mins and having only 1 other customer in the salon i asked how long will i have to wait?? like is there anyone else working here?? so in another language the lady called someone from the back. This man came out from the back looks like he wasnt doing nothing the whole time calls me to the back. he never said not one word to me. he got wax all in my bangs, pushed my face back and forth a little ruff. And to make matters worst he totally fxxxxx up my eyebrows. normally they give you a mirror to look at it after, but not this time. It seems as if he was irritated of me. What kind of customer service is that? I then returned back to work and told all my co-workers how NOT to go to get their eye brows done there. well not by that guy atleast

Im new to the island and having been needing a mani/pedi so gave this Salon a try. Clean, nice, quiet and relaxing. However VERY over priced for the services offered. I think I will try a few of the other Salons in my area before choosing one as my GO TO Salon.
