DO NOT GO!!!!! They are the worst tax professionals, they only care about the money you pay them. They don’t even ask any question before filling your taxes. They tell you to drop your W2, account number, and that they would give you a call and a call you never get, for been over a month. Would not be surprised if these people are scamming. These ARE NOT the individuals you need to EVER hand your personal financial information to. TOTALLY LOW BALL AND UNPROFESSIONAL, I SAY THIS TO WARN BOTH MY MILITARY FOLKS AS WELL AS CIVILIAN FOLK. Peace and love to all ☮️ and let’s look out for each other from these predatory businesses.

My CPA from 2022 did my taxes and I got a letter from Hawaii telling me I still owed nearly 4k. I spent the next 6 MONTHS trying to get my CPA to find out why. I finally found it when I went in and sat with him while he called and figured it out. Turns out he filled my taxes wrong. We amended the return and I thought it was done.Now, a year later Hawaii reached out again and said I owe them even more. I went by and dropped off the paperwork to get them to fix it about 2 months ago and I have heard nothing....... Except from the department of taxation now saying they are going to start collection.

Incompetent and shady. Any email I would get didn't even have the name and credentials of the person communicating to me. They over charged me and misled me on business tax for my Turo business. no refund offered.

My experience is the same as 3 of my friends. The first time they do your taxes they are fantastic. I had an accountant the first time (3 years ago) and then I had 2 different people the past 2 years ( not accountants but trained to file taxes). I had my paperwork for 2022 in time for my taxes and here it is June, taxes not filed and I can't get a call back! Anyway please don't get in this mess like I have.

First time using a CPA and I hate that I went with this Kapolei branch. Communication is rough. Called today because taxes were due yesterday and they said they were done with my taxes (never thought to call me), and the next appointment they have available is In 2 weeks. They asked if I paid my estimated taxes and filed an extension....no, that's what you were suppose to call me and let me know about. Poor poor communication.
