“Great customer service and timely communication. It was a pleasure working with Ms. Layla on coordinating HHG delivery and dunnage pickup. She was so patient in educating me in the processes and ensured that we were properly informed. We had Trey, Anthony, Chris, Sky, Jonah, and Leofa for our delivery crew. They went careful and efficient in unpacking and assembling furniture. Trey was the primary who led by example. Leofa was the most experienced and shared his best practices and creativity with the team. I opted for a partial unpack and asked the team to unload the truck, unpack anything wrapped in paper, stage the boxes in designated spots, and assemble furniture. This allows us time to inspect items and avoid a huge mess in the house post delivery. I’m happy to report everything is great.”

“We had a good experience with Covan this time around. Our team was great! They were prompt, hard-working, friendly, and even patient with my toddler who was fascinated by their process. Each day, they arrived when they were supposed to, worked their tails off while they were there, and treated our family and our property with respect. They were done packing a day early, too! From the start, the Military goofed up and didn't schedule our date. When we had to scramble and push for getting to done ASAP, they were entirely accommodating (in spite of the fact that the error was not their fault) and helped if every way they could to help us get done on-time. We didn't have a great move with Covan in Virginia, but this was an altogether different experience. Our gratitude to the whole Covan Hawaii Team!”
