Jay, sensing that I was frustrated, provided exceptional service by trying your resolve the issue and talking story. He identified that the issue had to do with the eSIM. “So the map actually shows their store in the wrong location. It is actually located across from Bank of Hawaii and DQ Grill. It is NOT in the plaza with Crumbl cookies. Not sure about the other reviews. But. The service we received was excellent! I didn’t catch the name of the rep but she was very friendly and helpful!”
