We set and appointment twice with this location, drove to the location only to find out appointment cancelled. Very unprofessional. Why not text? We looked at our email afterwards but who checks their email frequently? Thanks for wasting our time.

Went here to get my tb test done. The lady said they don’t take my insurance so she said I had to pay $35. I said ok. She told me to come back in two days. I came back two days and another lady said I had to pay again $38. for her to just look at it. I told her, when I came the first time, the lady failed to inform me of the total amount I had to pay. My suggestion for these women are to inform people what the total pay will be before doing anything!

this is more feedback for CVS/Aetna than for the employees working on site. poor communication and integration into overall support. no expectation of wait time. one medical professional on site. i would suggest any other walk in clinic. additionally the insurance side has poor integration and lacks adequate customer service support. apparently it's really hard for the company to communicate when customer service support is available for billing issues. i made the mistake of paying for my bill using an HSA app called Optum. they cashed the check and their systems didn't update that even though my HSA account shows that they took payment. if you try to call for billing support you will either be auto hold/ hung up on or directed to people who do not speak American English at a level that would facilitate meaningful communication.

The pre registration process times two which requires insurance information, does not state the Minute Clinic only takes private health insurance.

Not a walk in clinic at all. Ubered all the way only to find out it requires an appointment and next available was 2 days away.

I was able to make a same day morning appointment for my daughter. We were called back relatively quickly. Everyone was very nice and took their time. I didn’t feel rushed or like they didn’t care. I would highly recommend this location.

I went to the Kapolei CVS clinic early June 2022 on a Saturday. 1. The FPN asked me in the waiting area how she could help me in front of other people. I thought she should have asked me those questions in her office for the sake of privacy. 2. Then she told me that she only had 20 minutes to see me. She could only do the physical exam but not the vaccines. Then she only spent about 5 minutes for the PE, and we spent the rest of the time talking about her school. 3. She asked me about my medications, and she didn't know what they were. She said that she only knew the generic names. But I pointed out to her that the generic names were on her computer screen and most of my meds were very common. 4. She asked me for my charge card, but she charged me to the old card which was on file. 5. She told me that a lady walked in with her son, and they had been waiting for an hour. But she said, "It is not my problem." I think my review is consistent with many of the reviews in Yelp.

During this corona virus it's no walk ins anymore. You make appointments online. Also they say you must wait in your car or outside Longs till they call you. I agree with all those steps because they care for us and for the nurse practitioner. As I was waiting in my car they called me and told me to come in. When I met the nurse practitioner and as she was examining me she was coughing and had runny nose. I was wondering wow she has no mask nothing she didn't even used gloves. But what do I know right. As for service. I think she felt like I was just faking and didn't really care I was there. I felt like I wasted money and wished I went somewhere else that woulda took me more serious for my symptom. Thanks minute clinic this will be my first and last time coming here. Thanks for nothing!

Since I cannot leave a zero star review I have to give it at least one for at least giving me the doctor's note. Other than that they were no help. Their system says I am not covered by my insurance but I called my insurance trying to resolve the issue and I was told by my insurance this always happens with Minute Clinic. I probably will not be going back and if I could leave a 0 star or half star I would.

I come here ALL THE TIME. I dont have a primary and they are great for minor issues. However, its insurance upfront. I always go in for the usual doctors note. However, I had KAT take me in today. Wait time was standard 30 mins. Last time I had to wait 4 hours but you pick and choose your battles. KATs the best she really took the time to help me, asked tons of questions. She even offered to check on me 10 days later.

Courtney was absolutely amazing she helped me when I was feeling my worst. Her kindness was much appreciated. She ran a few tests on me and I found out what I had right away. I'm so thankful!

Checking In: Checking in is done through a kiosk system. You select walk in, type your name, address, phone number and answer a variety of questions. There is a part where they want your credit card information but it also didn't prompt me to swipe my card so I did not share that information. (I like that because I didn't feel comfortable swiping my card). You will clearly see who is on the waitlist and how long you're wait time will be. Prices: Prices are mentioned on the television screen next to the kiosk. The information is appreciated. My medical insurance was in network so my copay was $25. I was seen once the lunch shift was over. The nurse practitioner was very nice. She did a quick vitals and asked a series of question. I was asked for my ID and insurance card first before anything. I was out in 20 minutes. My situation was minor so 20 minutes was great for me. I received a doctor's note, summary of my diagnosis and my receipt for payment for the visit. I was prescribed medication and was able to pick it up at my preferred pharmacy. Great experience for my first time using the Minute Clinic.

My first time there and it was excellent service! Quick, but thorough and my prescriptions were ready by the time I walked over to the pharmacy! Since my PCP never has availabilities, I will definitely return to tge minute clinic.
