if you considerate new membership when be careful.... so hard to get to appointment Me and my husband both member of Envy Kapolei location we never get to appointment both has over 6 hours, but we could not get apointment since feb terrible customer service only good point is therapist. we talked manager they always lie to us. Do not trust manager too. anyway we lose our hour and money.

I've been going to this location for about a year and have consistently been seeing Matt as my regular therapist. He's learned what I like and always checks if I have anything specifically I want him to work on. The only downfall is appointments book up fast! Looking today there's nothing for six weeks out. My friend, Diane, gave me a gift for a massage at Massage Envy Kapolei and was really shocked! I would have never gone to one until then and was the best experience ever! We tell ourselves it's too expensive and we don't need it but we do! Ever since then, I've been going there for 2 years. I've been working for 29 years and my body has some aches and tightness that needs some attention. When you sigh up you get a price break and that really helps. I've been going to Mary and Brittany to get those knots out and the place is such a retreat! You folks should check them out...you owe it to yourselves!!

Don't get sucked into the Massage Envy subscription plan. My wife subscribed to the program over two years ago; she could go in due to Covid-19, appointments cancelled, or can't be accommodated, but monthly subscription fees keep getting taken by Massage Envy.We signed a document to end the subscription; today, I found out we were charged for April. Massage Envy said we have to give them at least ten days to cancel and won't refund the money.I want to share our experience with everyone to help others from falling into the Massage Envy subscription hole. Get your massage services whenever you need them, don't fall for the subscription lies.

Most don't know this but love their brow service ! Have not tried massage yet but will update when i do. Front desk is nice and friendly ! So excited ! Love all the staff. Looks so quiet and peaceful

I don't know about this location although it my home base I get the worse service. Don't leave messages they don't return calls. I so wish I could leave a great review but all I can say is what a disappointment not worth the investment for me.

Update as of 4/8: I had to reach out to massage envy several times, but the issue has been resolved. I was refunded the overpayment and put on the correct plan. Just make sure you stay on top of them if you do anything with paperwork. Don't just think they'll take care of it.I feel bad giving 1 star because of management issues, but it needs to happen. (Just to let everyone know, all of the massage therapists are great, it's management that's a problem). I have been trying to first transfer my location from my original home location to this one since December. They "lost" the paperwork the first time, then the second time waited several weeks before saying they didn't have a proof of address, when they did. Due to these "issues" I was charged the full membership amount, which I wanted to change to a holding state for $10 a month. I'm guessing they finally got the change of address through, because the Kapolei location charged me the full amount for using them as a home location in MARCH, however that's not what I wanted. I wanted to have my account in a holding state for $10 a month. Obviously, they flubbed that since I was charged a full amount. It's frustrating management can't get anything right, while their massage therapists are amazing. Also, forget about EVER scheduling an appointment because they're always full (hence why I need my account in a holding state because months ago by when I can't schedule an appointment).

I have been waiting to get a massage for awhile now and I was gifted an hour long massage at Massage Envy. Check in was easy; they are very thorough with asking about problematic areas, what I want the masseuse to focus on. The facility was clean and the room was simple but cozy. I was assigned Liz and she is AMAZING! She has a very sweet and kind demeanor; I asked for a firm massage and she did not disappoint. I can tell she knew what she was doing because she found every knot and tension in my back and neck and she worked on them until they didn't hurt any more. Can't wait to go back! I highly recommend this place!

I was a member for over 6 years faithfully paying every month for hours sometimes I was unable to use because of availability. When I have moved away from Hawaii and requested to cancel my membership they were able to get that complete right away on the phone. A month later I was charged so I called to inform them thinking it may be a glitch, the receptionist was very helpful and said she would refund me and make sure I was never charged again. yet today (2 months after it was suppose to be canceled), I was charged again another months subscription. As a faithful customer it is bad business to not cancel a subscription when asked and then even worse when the receptionist lies over the phone saying she will refund you and that it will not happen again.

I mainly go for 60-minute or 90-minute facial appointments with Demi or Kaitlyn. I really love them both, it is hard to get an appointment sometimes because they are usually all booked up but that just means they are doing really good at what they do. However, sometimes when I call the front end of Massage Envy they usually never answer, so I result to texting the number provided which for some reason I usually get a response pretty quick, but sometimes I prefer talking about my appointments over the phone. Overall, I like the Kapolei location mainly because the estheticians mentioned do a really great job.
