I really like this Marshall’s location, not only because it has ample parking all the time, but they stock a great variety of products. They have a large clearance rack to pick from. They’re also one of the few stores that from time to time I can find Clinique merchandise in. They also have items not found in some of the other locations.

I doubt anyone from Marshalls is going to read this since they don’t respond to reviews, but I wanted to share my humiliating experience as a warning to others.
The main reason we decided to splurge on a shopping trip here today is because we had to take out some hefty loans for some major home repairs & necessary renovations, & Marshalls is a good place for necessities & work clothes at affordable prices - especially in the clearance areas.
That being said, the shopping trip was great as always. We’ve been putting off shopping for necessities for months to focus on loan payments, so this was a wonderful opportunity to finally get some things we needed.
But the checkout was when it got…odd. Our cashier was this lady with super short hair. I tend to make convo with the cashier so I said something about the items we got - to which she responded that she doesn’t really shop there (at Marshalls). I…thought that was odd for a Marshalls worker to say, but okay.
Then she got to the part where she asked if we wanted to open a credit card - jokingly saying we needed to give a really really good reason not to do it. So I told her the truth since I’m pretty open about my finances; that we had a specifically large amount of debt. I was expecting her to say something like, ‘That’s a really good reason’, or try to convince me to apply for a card anyway - but instead, she exclaimed something like, ‘And you’re still shopping?!’ My mind immediately went blank from being stunned. I’ve never had a cashier SHAME me for shopping at their store. I honestly should have said, “That’s a good point” and left, but I was too stunned and embarrassed to do anything.
I may have muttered an embarrassed, ‘Yeah…’ followed by a nervous laugh; and even tried to justify my purchase like a child being scolded by her parent. It was Humiliating. She continued on by saying, “Well if you were good, then I’d say you should apply for the card because (enter card perks here), but since you weren’t…”
I think my brain decided to block out the rest of what she said.
I love Marshalls, and I love the deals - but this experience has made me never want to shop at a Marshalls again. Especially, the one at Kapolei

Great marshalls!! The store was really clean and organized. A lot of clothes and some toys, furniture, and other household stuff. Great prices and helpful service.

This store is clean and well organized.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. When I was there last a glass fell and they came over quickly to rid the area of the broken glass.
Great variety of items and prices.

The display is beautiful and easier to see than ROSS. I still have a small size of underwear left. There were plenty of beautiful items such as sub-bags and organizer sets that are useful for traveling. There is also a good selection of cosmetics. I don't think it's always available, but we had discount prices on things that are hard to buy in Japan, such as Kevyn Aucoin, Glossier, and Anasutasia.
