I’m super disappointed in Kay. I have been a long time costumer and spent 1000’s here. I ordered a gift for a friend. They messed up my order then tried to say it wasn’t messed up. Mind you this was a birthday gift. So very time sensitive. I took the gift home and was so annoyed that I took it back and said sorry no this is definitely messed up and you need to remake it. It’s was a name they had messed up!!!! So yes if the name is wrong then it’s not okay! Anyway I take it back they have me return and reorder….so now I have to wait another three weeks for them to make it and another week to have it sent here. And now will be late to my friend for her birthday.very late! Also we bought my son a necklace for Christmas. It broke. We bought my daughter a necklace with a little purple stone. The stone fell out! I’m just realizing that Kay is over priced for pore quality jewelry! Will not buy again from Kay.

Walked around to kill some time a few weeks ago. Worker was very judgmental about how people looks when they come in and browse.Worker looked to the door while I walked in. I walked in, wearing my leggings and Tshirt. (Was waiting around to watch a movie and it's best that I'm comfy ). No "Hi!" No nothing. Waited to flag a worker just to get a price on something. (5min of standing there)Seen a customer walk in, dressed all fancy - everyone says hi! RUDE!I gave it two stars because prices/specials are decent.

Wish they had more attention to detail when customers come in. Multiple times I've come in this particular store and they either skip me or don't acknowledge that I'm waiting for service. Smh

I'm so disappointed. My husband and I are celebrating our wedding anniversary, so he agreed we would get me another ring. I walked in ready to spend four thousand to six thousand dollars. Well needless to say my husband, my daughter and I walk into the store just to be ignored. I'm not going beg someone to take my money. I have adored this store and spent thousands of dollars here. I'm really disappointed with the staff on Saturday the 3rd of September around 11am. I guess I'll shop Zales

Update: I'm just gonna leave this photo here to explain my rating... After going back to get my daughters right ear repierced, it came out crooked AGAIN. I didn't notice it until I went home that night to clean it. Of course, only a recovering perfectionist like myself would notice the two ears not looking identical. But even husband said it's also lower than her right ear. I really gave the piercer the benefit of the doubt the first time. But when we went back, it seemed very rushed like she just wanted to get it over with. At the end of the day, it is what it is and I'm not gonna put my daughter through that again. I'm conclusion, I would not recommend this place for piercings. They have beautiful jewelry pieces, but steer clear from the piercing gun.

10/10 recommend this location for their expertise and customer service. Adam, Ashley and Mildred are who I most often have worked with on each of my jewelry needs. They're very informative and always inviting to every event they have coming up and keep me informed of upcoming sales and promotions. Will always come back even if it's just to say hello.

I love a sweet and simple jewelry collection and it's true when I say I wear my heart on my sleeve but also my ring finger ;) I'm not one to gush over the big glitz and glam, to me it's the meaning and sincerity behind the gift that matters most. With that being said my s/o knows my style to the T! And to match my heart necklace, he gifted me with this sweet diamond heart ring for my anniversary gift and it's my favorite. I did have to get it resized and it came in sooner than expected, the employee was so nice and quick to help me complete my transaction and also help me pick out a few other dainty pieces I'm considering buying for myself!

A bridal set was stolen and with luck I went to another store and they had the exact same one in stock. Needless to say the ring I wanted to purchase my husband would not of been back til September. I thought that was very odd. Never had to wait a long period for a ring. Purchased the ring for a little more than originally but overall it was okay.
