I really like this Jeans Warehouse! They always change out their selection and they have a lot of work with. I like coming here because it's usually within my price range and they have a lot of clothes (especially tops/blouses) that match my style. Most of the clothes I wear on a daily comes from Jeans Wearhouse. And the clothes last pretty long too, surprisingly. None of them have any problems, even after many, many uses. The store itself is always clean, organized, I can find the sections I like easily. Their contemporary section is great too! Very stylish. Some of their stuff is hit or miss but I think you can say that about every clothes store. I notice a lot of reviews about the customer service. Honestly, I mostly have good experiences. The very last time I went there, me and my boyfriend were struggling to get something off of a high shelf. The girl at the fitting room was standing there, saw us, and did nothing. But when I actually spoke to her she was sweet! So I don't really mind. Honestly, most of the staff are pretty nice. I've been coming to this Jeans Warehouse for maybe like 1 or 2 years, and I haven't had a super bad customer service experience. So yeah! I really like this Jeans Warehouse and will come back probably many more times in the future.

Love the clothes. The employees at Jeans Warehouse are very helpful, genuine, and love their job. And you can tell because they love to help you. Very fashionable clothing, too. The store is very organized, well stocked, and very clean. Carrying girls, women's, and to even plus sizes too. All in one store, what a bonus. Go check it out. Shoes, jewelry, hair accessories, bags, toys, and even snacks too. So many things, too, look at. Plus, there's a beautiful waiting area outside, too. And a food court, what more can you ask for.

As someone who used to be a long time employee of Jeans Warehouse I understand when we have good days and bad days. But you never take your bad days out on customers, or on anyone for that matter. Firstly, I know you are supposed to be greeting everyone that comes through the door, no one is being greeted. Secondly, i go to try on 2 items. There are 2 sales just standing talking stories, and i was just waiting patiently cause I know that sometimes the last bit of the story you gotta get to, i know how it is. None of them are wearing their name tags. One of the girls says “Oh she’ll help you” then the other one just looks at me so i said “Oh i’m just gonna try 2 on” and I showed her what I’m holding. This chick looks me up and down, rolls her eyes, and grabs a lable with the number 2 just struts off, so i follow her, puts it on a door and opens the dressing room. Then is all huffy and puffy so I slammed the door. My mom was standing at the entrance of the dressing room waiting for me and said Ms Girl was giving everyone attitude and everyone was taken aback by it too. Had another family that was wanting to try on she did the same thing, mama bear was like “um hello???” And everytime I come into one of these I’m always patient and understanding, because like I said I was an employee here for 2+ years. But having a bad day, should now mean you go and ruin someone elses, that doesn’t make you pretty, or cool, or a fun person to be around.

The cashier was rude at this location. She’s the only one that never smiled and seems like she didn’t want to be there. All the other employees on the floor were alright. When my daughter went to use her CC to pay, the cashier rudely asked for the owner of the CC, not believing it was hers. My daughter showed her ID to prove it was her CC. Not once did she ask anyone else before my daughter to show an ID. She didn’t even ask the next person to verify ID when using her CC. I’d rather shop at the other Jeans Warehouse than this location.

The customer service here is horrible. The cashier that served us was rude, didn't smile and forced our bag to fit under the plastic divider on the counter instead of handing it to us on the side.
This isn't my first time here at this jeans warehouse, it's quite often that these ladies are so rude every time I come here. I finally gave in to leave a review in hopes they do something about it.

I think this location has the most options. I'm always greeted when entering. And almost always someone will stop by asking if I need help. They've really gotten some cute aloha wear for girls. And almost always they're on sale. Jeans Warehouse is really stepping it up

This particular store was much more bigger and neater than it's other sister chains on the west side. It has a wider variety of products that was easy to find, no matter what age you are or what size you need, they got it all. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Located in the makai corner of Ka Makana Ali'i, this is the largest Jeans Warehouse on Oahu, far larger than Ala Moana Shopping Center. The clothing racks are widely spaced giving ample room to leisurely shop and peruse. This store has everything a gal needs and even some items for me. You'll be able to find clothes, shoes, earrings, accessories and even toiletries.

My favorite store since moving to Oahu!! I love this store because they have really cute clothes at a great price! Also the clothes are well made. I was very happy when I found out that they sell scrubs here! The employees are always nice & welcoming! I come here about twice a week!

Online promotions are always way better than in store promotions. This location is the best looking store on island. But shopping here isn’t worth the bad attitude of all the employees, especially management.

Good place for cute and comfy casual wear and priced well too. However, the racks are packed too tightly that it's really hard to take out clothes from the rack and see them better. If this was fixed it would improve every shopper's experience. Because I had time to shop that day it's fine but it made browsing time consuming and a little frustrating.The employees seemed nice but it felt like they really watch you for theft prevention. Like they size you up to see if you're likely a shop lifter or something. I get it, maybe they get a lot of shop lifters in this store, but it's a little too obvious and the feeling of being watched made it uneasy to shop.Regardless of this I probably will be back for some tops and a summer dress because they have good sizes for my body type.

I like this location because it carries plus sizes. I am not petite nor too big but I am an extra large in some tops they sell here. I walked in and was greeted hello. They always have a rack that is 50% off. I needed a shirt for work and found a pretty pink flowered shirt. I like the quality of their clothing. My daughter also found a light lavender colored shirt for I think $8.00. she also grabbed a couple of trinket toys. She loves looking at that section. She didn't find too much clothing S she is into more toys and trinkets. I would come back over and over to this location. It has a bigger selection and more stuff. The cashier was friendly and took off a sensor that was in my daughter's toy. I even bought a recycled bag from them. Not bad. I will definitely be back to purchase more tops.

They have a really great plus size section. It’s not tiny like most other stores, there’s actual cute clothes for plus size and range in many different sizes. Staff was very friendly, the woman working the dressing room was very helpful and kind. I’m so glad I found this place

Of all the years I have shopped here, this past Tuesday was the first time I felt I had the best customer experience ever. Marjorie was so helpful and patient. She was able to help me with the colors I needed and find sandals that would feel most comfortable while matching the outfit we picked out. Thank you, thank you so much!!
