just looking.We were just browsing. Really we were. And we found a table. NOTES:1. The store is spacious and very well lit. Every type and piece of furniture imaginable is on display.2. Sales associates are available to assist.3. The warehouse staff was able to assemble the table for pick up. We were told to call ahead about 2 hours before pick so the staff had enough notice.Our sales associate, DJ, was most helpful, informative, and above all else, very patient. The table we had selected was on back order, and we were told we had to pay the full cost in advance to secure our order. BOTTOM LINE:Furniture shopping is tedious, but also fun at the same time.

Still furniture shopping for my kitchen and living room and although they had amazing furnitures they didn't have what I was looking for but Zack (hopefully that's his name) was very helpful and very welcoming. From the start of our conversation to the very end he was very straight to the point regarding what I was looking for (sectionals with storage, breathable because we live in Ewa beach), high chairs for the kitchen, etc) which they had non but did suggest other items in the store. Thank you so much for your service and didn't make me feel like I was asking for too much I like Ashley Kapolei people. Just a suggestions to the owner please consider carrying sectional with storage.

Bought what was supposed to be a leather couch from here shortly after the 2 Year's warranty this happened contacted them since it's past 2 Year's they can't help. They called me back and said it's not bonded and it's split leather. I also contacted a professional he said leather is not supposed to peel off like this especially in these 2 spots. Not normal at all. My home is clutter free, pretty clean, no animals amd this couch is conditioned once a year with product bought from inspiration.

From start to finish my family had an amazing experience here. We first came into the store end of December just to kind of see our options for a full sized bed for my daughters room. We had just moved to the island and were still living in a hotel so there was no rush and when we came here we did not feel pressured to buy. But being the island isn't that big there's only so many furniture stores and out of all the stores we looked at we fell in love with a bed here for my daughter to grow into over the years. We sat on the decision to buy the bed from here for another 2 weeks or so just to make sure that's the bed we really wanted because we knew they didn't have any in and their next shipment wouldn't get here til mid February. Middle of January I went back with just my daughter and Charmaine's card to purchase the bed. Charmaine was not there but the lady at the front was more than willing to help and made the purchase so easy. Not even 2 weeks later I got a call from Charmaine saying the shipment came in earlier than expected and that they can already schedule me for delivery. So we went ahead and scheduled my delivery for February 9th. Now this morning I got a call from the delivery driver letting me know his eta. It was just 2 guys but they did a phenomenal job. They were fast and efficient and were in and out within 30ish minutes. They even took their shoes off before taking the bed upstairs which I wasn't even expecting but loved because I hate the germs that come with wearing outside shoes in the house. Every last step of this purchase was so easy and pleasant. I'm glad we found this store.

Tammy helped me look at all the pieces of furniture in that I would need for my new apartment. She was friendly and very helpful. Excellent selection at reasonable prices.

Nice selection of unique furniture, clean store and overall great inventory! I felt like I wasn't welcomed however, I received no help and was kind of blown off, I assume, it's because the staff thought I couldn't afford anything. But hey, there's always two sides to a story. I'll be back, I just hope they stop judging books by their covers by then!

Friendly staff. Great selections for living room. I was not looking for other rooms so can't really comment on any other selections. Big showroom.
