We came to the HomeWorld in Kapolei and we had Russ as our customer service representative. She was so helpful and answered all our questions. She Helped us get the best deal on all our furniture. We have since been back to purchase a few more pieces and she remembered us and still worked to get us the best deal. I would tell anyone looking for furniture to go to the Kapolei HomeWorld and ask for Russ.

Our experience at Ashley homestore kapolei, was the best, Russ was fun and made us feel like we were family, We felt comfortable and took our time looking around, we didn’t feel pushed to buy. I highly recommend this store if you’re looking to buy. They have great deals.

She was knowledgeable and patient throughout the sales process. I visited the store several times and had many questions for her. In areas she was not familiar, she consulted with her colleague, Richard. They had great teamwork between each other. On a day when I visited the store, Lisa was off. Regarding I was Lisa’s client, Richard jumped in to answer my questions
I would highly recommend Lisa to my colleagues. In fact I have already referred a friend to her.

Sales associate greeted us by the entrance, we explained we were looking for a recliner with lift. My husband who is 6'4" had open heart surgery and we needed something for him to easily be able to get up from.
She showed us all the options, helped us select the one that would be best for his size and comfort. The one we selected was no longer in stock and we did not want to wait to have it ordered. She was able to sell us the floor model at a discount which was a plus!
Very pleasant and knowledgeable sales associate and highly recommend HomeWorld if you are needing furniture!

AJ Ramos was our consultant and steered us to the Flexsteel Carter Loveseat with built in charging station and cup holders. After looking at many other products, we felt he was absolutely on target for our taste. We will be in shortly to purchase it.

Lisa was terrific at being able to move up our delivery schedule two weeks just in time for our guests. We recently bought a couch and swivel chairs from home world and we look forward to purchasing more products from home world.
