Whil browsing my baby peacefully asleep in the stroller, I was approached by one of your workers. Instead of offering assistance or engaging in a courteous manner, the employee proceeded to make loud and disruptive noises in an attempt to wake up my sleeping baby. This behavior was not only unprofessional but also deeply distressing. As a parent, the well-being and comfort of my child are of utmost importance to me. It is unacceptable forany employee to intentionally disturb a sleeping infant, especially in such a thoughtless and disruptive manner. This incident not only caused unnecessary distress to my baby but also disrupted our shopping experience and left a lasting negative impression.

Happy & Merry... I'm sure it's nothing like it but that's what it feels like it stands for as every time you step into a H&M it's how you feel as it's filled with clothing of all occasions including athletic wear. With formal to casual, shirts to dresses this Kamakana Alii location is a must visit even if you're not looking for anything you're sure to find something at a great deal but it's the accessories section is my absolutely favorite with totes, jewelry and so much more it's always a fun and fabulous find. The staff here is always helpful whenever I'm looking for a specific size and style I can get lost looking for items here and there's just so much to see, this store is nice and organized with price friendly items making it a dream. Thank you!

My daughter wanted to shop here for something. She found a nice sweater on sale for $12.99. I found a men's tee shirt for $3.00. Such a deal. I ended up buying it. You can't have too many shirts. The store was clean and nice. Very bright. Pretty nice clothing here but get them on sale. Never buy regular price. It was still too pricey for me with regular priced items. I had a good experience here with my daughter. I didn't know she liked H&M..Not bad. They also have a huge dressing room you can try out the clothing. Located inside the mall. Highly recommend.

2 floors with an elevator for accessibility for disabled and sometimes some great deals onStuff. Staff always checking if you need help with anything & polite. A big store though..

My fiance found a lot of good items in clearance surprisingly, since the men's section is sparsely filled. My mom liked it versus other H&M stores that are packed full, but it just means there aren't many options in stock. Staff was very nice though!
