Thank you to the ladies on shift that handled me with such great customer service and care today I was very tired and confused thought I was given the wrong change and I was not I apologize for my lack of intelligence honestly but you guys were so nice and helpful I really appreciate your aloha spirit and hope that you’re given a raise for how great your customer service is thank you ladies

Gas is affordable but I always have to go inside to pay so 4 stars for that lol if I didn't have to do that it would be 5

Won't let you fill up your tank. You have to guess exactly and prepay. When you explain you are filling up for a car rental, the cashier will make it as difficult as possible to do so.

Went to put gas at 12:30 am on a Saturday and no clerk at the window. Lots of customers waiting and calling for clerk but no one showed up. Bad customer service. One the the customers said that the last time they came the clerk was sleeping.

Located in a convenient location in the middle of Kapolei. You can fill up your car with gas, grab a snack or a drink, grab cash from the ATM machine and even buy some personal items. Parking might be hard to find if your not getting gas because it's in a busy area, but the the clerks are always friendly and can help you find what your looking for. So if your in Kapolei and need some gas try Hele you'll be hooked...
