The Janitor Benny seen making advances towards all of the woman there all the time.On the other hand he is rude and obnoxious, and has yelled at me with a disrespectful tone of voice. And he complains too much and about everything and anything. At the same time his friends does the same thing and he sides with them prejudicely.He always opens and closes the door for he friends. And acts real nice to them. On the other hand he yelled at me and falsey accuse me of letting his friends in the door without her putting her code in. He is the one whom does that all the time and even hold the door for them and prop up the door with his orange cone for her. On a daily basis he rude and disrespectful towards me and prejudice against for none of any of my doing.And his friend in the white pick up truck tried to bang me 4 times. And his friend harassed me and bullied me 5 times and gets away with it because he's friends to them. Per the other employee at Mililani site the operation here is non conforming and does whatever they like. He also parks his car in front his friends locker and stays there all night long guarding just her locker after she closes down her aerobics gym. He opens and closes her locker door for her everynight. Inaddition he opens and closes the roll up door for the haulie lady everytime and talks nice to her but not nice to me.Not only that he locks the side doort on me forcing me to walk all the way around the back corner of the building the long way to to get to my locker each time each item i have to go get something or bring in something in.And in addition his friend in the pick up truck cuts around at the entrance gate squeezing inbetween my car and the roll away entry gate and cuts in front of my car driving around me.

I am a new customer at the Iwalei storage facility and the manager wrote us up for looking for a car title that got lost in our move because we had to shuffle things around because we went there on 12/26 and the elevators were broken and we couldn't access our unit so we had to delay our movers to hold item elsewhere! While we looked for the title the manager wrote us up for loitering or sleeping in the unit. I was unaware that even though we pay for it we have a time limit that we can be in our unit or it's considered loitering or sleeping and they make assumptions anyways they shouldn't profile people there of there looks that is unacceptable and wrong!

Tia was amazing , I was a little stressed cause I couldn't get ahold of our work crew. Not knowing their exact location, Tia was glad to take me to them, not once but twice I pulled her out of the AC into the dry heat abd she did it with a smile hospitality and great service. Mahalo Tia

Prices are reasonable. Availability was on point. Customer service was up to par. The ladies (Mel and Tia) at the front desk were very kind and helpful. Thank you for your services while our storage time was short it was the best experience. Gated, clean and safe. Process is very easy, you pick the storage size, pay, choose a code to get in and out the gate. Accessibility to your storage is easy and the times are very reasonable: 5am to 12am. We opted for the 5 x 10 storage and we were able to fit a lot of things! I was surprised!

Tia provided outstanding customer service for my storage needs. She is friendly, professional, and thoughtful. She is also knowledgeable in the company and their availability. If you need someone that gives excellent customer service see Auntie Janlyn. Auntie Janlyn welcome me with a no pressure attitude and completely detailed everything I needed to know about there business. I ask her lots of questions and she was very professional in her answer. This was our first time getting a storage unit and she made it very easy to make a decision. She explained the benefits and gave us a tour of the different units. Thank you so much giving us excellent service.

WE love Hawai’i Self Storage Kapolei West. They have always been accommodating to our needs and wants. We’ve been such long time customers since 2014 at this location but the reason we always come back here to this location at Kapolei West, even when my family moved and came back to the islands is because of the great customer service they offer to their customers aside from the great security system and the security guard they have walking around watching all the units. They make it feel more like dealing with family than just a business. Their professionalism and awesome friendliness they show their customers is beyond the average. Their knowledge in moving supplies and storage size needed has always been on point. Love Hawai’i Self Storage Kapolei West. Thank you everyone for ALWAYS keeping OUR items safe.
