Always great customer service. They make you feel at home. That's all I can say about the people who work there. The pricing is average, but can't beat the service.

EVERYTIME I go into this place I am treated with the utmost respect ....... PLUS their prices are comparable to the other competitors if not slightly cheaper!

If you are not an expert on what items you need, Hardware Hawaii is the place for you. It's easy to get an associate to help you, and they are there with you until you're satisfied with their help. Other hardware stores do not spend the time with you.
