Wonderful
Nearby activities: Foodland, movie theater, various food choices walking distance from the hotel. There's also night music and bars ?at a few places walking ?♀️ distance also.
Safety: I'm 72 and walking out of the hotel and around the shops to find "Infinity" just to get a melona drink, I felt safe and secure.
Walkability: I walked around the whole area on the hotel side. Opposite the hotel's parking, is a 24 hour fitness, and there are more places to eat, drink and shop.
Food & drinks: Food and drinks are all over. The hotel serves breakfast on the weekend downstairs.
Noteworthy details: There's a pool, washer and dryer, and the one bedroom had two T.V.s.

Great place to stay for shopping. Also close to Kapolei business area. Found it reasonably priced. Conveniently located right on Kamakana Alii Shopping Mall grounds.

This hotel is the best one to get. It’s in an amazing location attached to a shopping center/outdoor mall. The front desk was very accommodating and always available 24/7 to help. The pool is amazing and great for our kids whenever we wanted to be a little lazy and not go out. The breakfast was fantastic! We loved waking up early and eating their fresh made eggs, sausages, potatoes, and waffles! If you’re a Soldier and PCSing with family, THIS IS THE SPOT! Call ahead of time directly and make sure that there’s availability. Make sure to mention you’re a Soldier and do NOT use a third party to make your reservation. TLA will not cover that. The place is always packed and rooms are a bit tough to get, so call ahead and get this spot!

The staff was friendly and accommodating, even the maintenance staff. However, one of the house keepers pretended to be the one cleaning the room we were staying in even though I found I out later she was not. She had been taking my house keeping tip that was meant for the one that was actually cleaning my room.
Rooms: There is no balcony and the windows do not open. You are stuck with the hotels window air conditioner. All three rooms we looked at and stayed in had no ventilation system. The air circulated what ever particles were in the room. The first room smelled of mold and second and third room smelled of something that is hard to describe. We propped the door open because the hall way smelled better. The carpet probably because of the moisture in the air always felt sticky.

Absolutely loved our 8 days stay here at Hampton Inn Kapolei. Worth every penny, includes parking, breakfast and other amenities. The checkin was smooth, the staff were always kind and humble. They did our room service everyday. Interestingly enough this place doesn’t charge any resort fee, everything is included in the price. Restaurants, groceries everything is in a waking distance it’s actually part of a mall. Absolutely Recommend this place!!
Rooms: Very clean got the service done daily.
Nearby activities: Lot of beaches around and fun things around only 20 min away from Honolulu
Safety: Very safe with cameras
Walkability: Close by a mall
Food & drinks: Free breakfast and everything in a walking distance
Noteworthy details: No parking fee and resort fee

Rooms: The staff was very pleasant. The hotel was very clean,
inside and outside. The mall had lots of stores and restaurants to shop and eat at. The breakfast was excellent with a variety of
hot and cold breakfast foods, coffee, juices, fresh fruits, etc... and the breakfast area staff were curtious and prompt, keeping the area well stocked and clean. Over all, a very pleasant experience.
Nearby activities: The Mall was great!
Safety: Security was present at all times on the property.
Walkability: Everything was within walking distance and wheelchair accessible.
Food & drinks: There were several restaurants to choose from.
Noteworthy details: There is also a grocery store, " Foodland" on the property, which was convenient .

Staff are VERY helpful, welcoming, & friendly!!
Rooms: Clean & plenty of space. USB charging ports in a couple of different areas in the room, which makes charging your devices easy.
Nearby activities: The water park isn't too far away. There's also a theater, as well as a grocery store, restaurants & fast food & a small mall.
Walkability: Except for the water park & theater, everything is within walking distance.
Food & drinks: Rooms have a coffee pot and coffee packs with sugar & cream. There's also a "coffee area" in the lobby with hot water, coffee packs, tea, and hot chocolate. There are cups & lids as well. Soda is available in the lobby as and there is a soda machine on each floor as well as an ice machine. (Ice bucket in room)
They also have breakfast from 6am to 10am. (Not sure if I have the times correct.)
Noteworthy details: Laundry area. Indoor pool. Computer room. Gym.

This was one of the worst hotels I've stayed in. The bathroom was my biggest problem, with ring stains around the drain from a lack of regular cleaning to the cracked lighting fixture held together with tape. The shower mat was moldy on the underside, and the side table by the bed was also damaged. When I asked if the other rooms were like this, I didn't get much of a response, which I took to mean yes, but maybe I was just unlucky in room selection. They also made it very clear that changing rooms would be difficult. So I bought some cheap shower flip-flops and accepted my fate for the rest of the trip.

I love this place. The staff is incredible always! The rooms are nice, always smell clean in the room and bathroom. The breakfast is good for the most part, but after eating it so many times, I usually don't eat it anymore. Overall a great place to stay, especially with the Foodland grocery store and all of the restaurants and retail stores in the mall surrounding the hotel.

Modern, new hotel right next to the shopping mall. The room was spacious and clean. The gym is very nice. The breakfast is ok but nothing really fancy, there are no vegetables or hashbrowns. If you're mostlt in oahu for the beaches, it's probably not the right place to stay because you have to drive at least 15 minutes to the nearest beach. If you're also into shopping or exploring the whole island, the location is quite good.

The hotel was nice, clean and the employees were professional and kind. The continental breakfast was pretty good. They had waffles, cereal, oatmeal and different proteins. Coffee, juice and fruits. The only thing I have to say was that the room they gave us had a large sliding door for the bathroom and I kept jamming my finger on the door handle because of the way its built. And it was a handicapped accessible room so if it was elderly or handicapped person they could get real hurt. Also the bathroom didn't have any ventilation for the bathroom so I notice a little mold forming on the ceiling and wall outside the bathroom. Otherwise it was a great stay!
