“How did I not know about Foodland. Thx Google. Google Foodland. Very clean and spacious grocery store by any standards. Parking lot is a bit small to park a Tahoe but we managed. All employees we encountered we were very nice and helpful. The inventory of Foodland is not really missing a thing. The deli is bomb. Pastries are in abundance. You will also find traditional hawaiian "go to's". We also found that there were many open cashiers making it a breeze to check out. The highlight of our trip was the many different Poke bowls they have that were reasonably priced. Never Poke priced so fair. Check out my airbnb profile on my profile for california mountain trips”

“After finalizing my divorce from my ex husband, I decided to visit the family courts in kapolei. I've been in a court battle with my ex husband for nearly 8 years. I have been living in California for the duration of my separation and decided to return to close my accounts in Honolulu. The courthouse is beautiful. The grounds well maintained. I wish I could formally thank my presiding judge , Hon Dyan Medeiros. She saw through the bs from my ex. She sent quick judgement and ordered for him to pay most of my legal bills. He finally relented and signed the decree. Finally. 8 years in litigation. I also wanted to thank on this review, all staff member as my conference calls from the mainland to hawaii went through without delay. All of my documents were sent and received in such a timely manner. Thank you again judge medeiros and judge Costa. Alee y.”

“Came here twice over the past week and found everything we needed. Produce was good. Prices varied. Some were more than expected, but some actually less with the specials and Safeway card discounts. Definitely cheaper than the little market in Ko Olina Marketolace.”

“I used to shy away from Walmart. Perhaps it's because of all the terrible memes out there. But hey, this is Hawaii. It's not like that at all! First off, I've downloaded the app and signed up for Walmart plus because Walmart is one of the few places that deliver to Guam for FREE (plus perks)!! They deliver FREE whether you order a $1.00 worth of goods or $500.00 with of goods. I've become an online shopper and I've found that some of their products are cheaper than anywhere else on the island. Might I note, Walmart carries a few things that I can't get anywhere else (All detergent - baby one). Also, I was able to purchase powered toddler rides online with delivery when all the local stores didn't have inventory. The actual store isn't bad either. I find it a bit dim at the kapolei store but I think it's because the lights are solar powered. Many if not all, the checkout lines are now self check. I used to mind that since I'm rather slow scanning and bagging but I've gotten better and faster. You'll find that their prices are just a few cents lower than Target.”

“This Safeway offers so much. If I see something on the Tv and I can't find it at our local grocery stores Safeway is your best bet. I recently discovered that inside of this Safeway location there is a DMV kiosk. It is such a hassle to stand inline at the DMV or pay your registration through the mail. Once I paid my registration online and my registration got lost in the mail This year I decided to try the kiosk at Safeway. I found that not all the Safeways offer this convenient way of paying for your registration so please look on Yelp for your best option. The process was so easy to follow and you receive your registration and sticker right on the spot. Follow the easy prompts and VOILÀ.....”

When I was wondering about the type of poke, they let me try it!When I chose hawaiian ahi, it was seasoned with sesame oil to suit the Japanese palate!The other toppings were nori, avocado, and green onion! It was delicious, so I recommend it to Japanese people staying in the area!Please note that it closes at 6pm, and if you go late, you may be told that they don't have white rice!Other than the poke bowls at this restaurant, the packaged foods (curry, herb chicken) have a slightly unique flavor, so many Japanese people may not like them.”
