“I have had the most incredible service from Serta. In or about 2019 I bought an ************************************ from a super fancy furniture store in **************, **. In 2021, I moved back to ******* and began having problems with my mattress. The sides were caving in. I contacted the warranty department and received the most caring, considerate, thoughtful customer service. I was given several options, all of which I felt were very reasonable, which I declined. I decided to keep my mattress due to pretty serious medical matters. Then I began noticing the bed getting worse. The middle was caving in and it pretty much hurt me to sleep on, so I decided to contact customer service again and see what my options were. I bet I have ***** emails back and forth they were so helpful. Much time went by. I tried to find a new mattress but no stores had all the models to try. Then I guess I gave up, but today I contacted customer service again and they them I needed to make a decision. The man I spoke to today was the kindest, most considerate customer service rep I had ever talked to. He was so kind to me that it brought tears to my eyes. He got my problem solved immediately, helped me pick the right bed and now my new bed is on order and will be arriving soon. I read some of the other reviews posted and my experience dealing with this company has been the complete opposite to many of the other customers. Honestly, I received exceptional care each and every time I contacted this company. I honestly didn't even know my mattress came with a warranty. This company helped me with all that and I am forever grateful for the excellent customer service I received. ”

“We had lost a wallet in the store (big oops) and searched for a while before security called up a manager to help us. The managers name is Allen and oh man was he a huge help! He was super approachable and helped in every way he could. He covered all the bases and made us feel like everything was going to be okay! No lie Target, you have an awesome manager working there! Again, his name was Allen! :D”

“I just purchased my second sleep number bed and I couldn't have been happier with the entire experience!I walked into the store and was promptly greeted by Diana. Since I had already had a Sleep Number bed there was less to discuss. I had the last bed for 12+ years and the only reason I needed a new one was because I had given mine to a family member. It was still in perfect condition and slept like a dream. In the time since I had purchased the last one there had been some changes and upgrades. So we discussed the options and I decided on which model I wanted. She printed out a quote and said I could call her when I was ready to buy.I did want to go look at traditional beds and make sure I was going to be happy staying with a Sleep Number. After checking out other beds I realized that a Sleep Number was what I wanted. The other beds that felt similar were much higher priced and I know those are going to get saggy in a few years. I called her the next day and placed my order over the phone. It took about 3 weeks for my bed to come in. The communication from them was great! I got email and text updates (you can opt out) and on the day of delivery I received a confirmation call from the delivery team, first in the morning, then a few minutes before they came. The delivery guys came and introduced themselves. They were fast, efficient and very contiencious. TJ was professional and so knowledgeable about the product! Not like a typical delivery where they drop it, high five you and they leave. TJ showed me everything I needed to know about the bed, the Sleep Number app and made sure I was comfortable with everything before they left. Yes, they aren't the cheapest but the sleep I get on this bed is worth it. If you're mattress shopping do yourself a favor and at go check them out.”

“Only a warehouse to pick up the furniture you purchased from Inspiration. They gave grams a map and receipt and off I went to haul the items back to her place. I reverse parked in front of bay 7 and walked up a small set of stairs. Was greeted by the guy. Grams called ahead that I was coming instead of her. I had to show the receipt and my ID. Luckily her furniture was boxed up and inside bay 7. The guy loaded it into my vehicle and I strapped it on my own. I caught the weather at a great time but brought a tarp just in case.”

“just looking.We were just browsing. Really we were. And we found a table. NOTES:1. The store is spacious and very well lit. Every type and piece of furniture imaginable is on display.2. Sales associates are available to assist.3. The warehouse staff was able to assemble the table for pick up. We were told to call ahead about 2 hours before pick so the staff had enough notice.Our sales associate, DJ, was most helpful, informative, and above all else, very patient. The table we had selected was on back order, and we were told we had to pay the full cost in advance to secure our order. BOTTOM LINE:Furniture shopping is tedious, but also fun at the same time.”

“I mainly come here when I need to get my medications refilled. The staff at the pharmacy are very nice and remember me every time I pick up. But since I'm refilling my meds, I love browsing around. Sometimes I get $5 off coupons if I spend $5 or more. Those are great to have. Their app also has more coupons that you can use also.And while I'm in the store, I can stop at Starbucks and get some coffee or refreshing tea to go.”
