I loved the service here! Cassidy and Randon helped me out with everything I needed and answered all my questions. They have a great selection of vapes here with a bunch of different flavors. Great prices for it all! I will definitely visit again! Mahalo

This is one of my favorite head shops on island. The quality of glass they have, how clean, and organized the store is really stands out in a positive way compared to shops in town which makes it worth driving all the way to Kapolei to check this place out and the customer service was stellar! The two girls working the last time I went were so friendly and the atmosphere was ??chill.

Upon entering the establishment, I was greeted with a genuine & high spirited smile from Randen. I don't venture in stores as such & was a bit nervous. A friend needed something from Fly Hi. I told him what I was searching for & he immediately led me to a section with the product I was searching for. He recommended a certain product & really was very knowledgeable of the item. He even said a few funny things brightening my day & making me feel comfortable during my visit. He rang me up & wished me a great day. This young gentleman smiled from the time I walked in to the time I departed. Made my day much more tolerable. Thank you Randen. I appreciate employees such as yourself! Much mahalo!

I've been a long time customer & been way overdue to write a review on FlyHi.Over the years, I've grown a relationship with a lot of the workers & I'm very grateful to have known Naomi for quite some time now. A few days ago I stopped by with my other half to just browse & had the idea of buying a late bday/vday gift for him since it was finally the right time to invest in something we don't necessarily need (adulting LOL). We came across the Puff Co e-Rig & my bf said it's been a game changer! Naomi never fails to disappoint & find the best of the best for her customers. I even love it too, it's super easy & convenient. A bit pricey but you definitely get your moneys worth as long as it's taken cared of. Thank you again Omi! You're awesome

Sad to say this place is a total rip off. I bought some cones and it cost me $8.00 a piece! I didn't say anything but I knew it was way overpriced! They lost a good customer.

This little store is fantastic! They have just about anything you need and just in case they don't have what you need they will help you find it. And finally The Staff are really exceptional talented. Their knowledge of the craft is spot on. And the crew are some of the best young adults around!!! Every time I walk in the door you're welcomed immediately by the sweetest young people in the west!

This shop is my go to stop for my smoking needs. I tend to get anxious when I go to smoke shops because I get overwhelmed with choice and selection; however, it's never like that whenever I come to shop here. Everyone who works here is very chill and friendly that I never feel like I'm being judged for taking too long to make a selection or deciding what I want or need. No question I ask ever goes unanswered. The prices are very fair and if you're there at the right time you might even score some discounts. The last time I visited, I basically got 2 glass pipes for the price of 1 and they even gave me some freebies like some stickers and a rolling tray. I'll need to visit them again soon

Just gonna list things instead of writing actual paragraphs. It was my first time here, but here are a few things: -Staff was very friendly and welcoming -If you want the popular stuff go their early -the wait wasn't long -the food was hot and fresh; eating while it's fresh and hot is a must so it doesn't get soggy - kalbi fries were bomb! My family especially kids pretty much mopped it on the way home -the salad was very tasty -what I originally wanted wasn't available, but other options were and they were good -it wasn't a huge pop my cherry explosion of get in my belly, but it was worth buying and eating -I'd buy from here again if I'm I mililani side
