Anson (pretty sure that’s his name) was so helpful and the oil change was done in minutes! He also took the time to provide prices to other work that Oil Changers does . Definitely coming back bc of Anson’s excellent customer service! That kid deserves a raise or next level promotion.

Clearly says can do state inspections until you call and they tell you they don't even have someone hired for that job to do it. Maybe update your website saying you cant do inspections its not that hard

I love how quickly and efficiently the staff worked. They explained all procedures of service provided and even gave a list of recommendations of other services that my vehicle may need along with pricing. It was only my second time using their services and because of how professional they were, I will definitely be using them for all my future oil changes.

1st time I came was a long wait, over a hour, but pretty quick once I got helped. Today I just need a quick safety inspection, they aren't doing safety inspections today with no explanation.
Update: came for a oil change and once again good service so adding 2 stars to my original review.

Bought a used car and drove straight to OC. Crystal was so nice, amazing, fast and kind. The service provided was lovely. Crystal serviced everything that was needed to be looked at long time ago. Strongly recommend OC. Reliable and efficient.

Although the line was long, it was very organized, eliminating longer wait. Having a person out there separating customers for oil change, and Customers line for safety check lines. The employees are Professional, Polite and Service with respect and of course, a smile with Ohana!!
