I came here to buy me new Nike shoes and my daughter some black boots. The boots and my Nike"s were pretty affordable. I signed up for the rewards program. It's easy and fast. Give them your name, email address and phone number to the lady and you get the buy one get one half off. I saw white shoes with a hot pink Nike logo. Cute. My daughter found some black boots. I told her to get them. Good thing they had her size. They were pretty busy today. They had nice shoes but I forgot to get new slippers but I will get those somewhere else. Highly recommend this store for affordable shoes. I would definitely come back. Located inside the mall across from Old Navy.

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE. I wish I got the cashiers name. Whoever the cashier was today 11/10/23 @ 330pm is awesome. She went above and beyond to ensure we had the best customer experience today.

I normally come here to buy shoes, but use the online option when shopping to pick up in store. I checked the size I had ordered to all be 5.5 but womens/men is a completely different size from youth. Nonetheless, I knew it was my fault that I didn't clarify online...I decided that I would try to call to see if it would be possible to get the same shoe different size. They didn't have it in stock, but the Store Manager James was so kind and gracious. He looked up my account and said I could come in to exchange for something else instead. I came a couple weeks later and he still up held his word. It was such a pleasure to come here. Milli was my cashier and she was great at dealing with the entire process. I'm so glad companies hire people like James and Milli, he's a wonderful leader and he has a phenomenal team!
