Rented a car for one day and was charged for 2 days! I have a time-stamped return receipt from valet parking, still they don't accept it.It's not about the money...it's about how you feel. If you rent a car here...just be ready for some unexpected sh-t to happen. For past 3 month I'm after my money.Good luck with your vacation!

This is a great rental place. They gave me an upgrade and that is good. I like this place because they are helpful and if you get the right person, they will take care of you. Thank you for always giving me great service and price.

DO NOT RENT HERE!! This place is is a fraud. So disappointed because we stayed at the Marriott Beach Club for 1 week. This makes Marriott Beach Club look bad for having a company like this as an option for renting. Never renting with enterprise in general again. We were instructed to return the car with half a tank because that's how we received it. As a courtesy, we filled it up a little more than half way since the place we got gas was 15 minutes away from the hotel. We were charged $20 for returning the car at a quarter tank which is completely false. Yes.. it's only $20 that they overcharged us for but it's the principle behind it. If they scammed us out of $20, who knows how much they've scammed other customers. We only drove the car for 141 miles the whole time we rented and have our bank statement for how much gas we put in the car on the day we returned it. They refused for us to send proof. Customer service sucks too. The girl who answered was already iterated upon answering. The guy at the desk seemed busy so he said to just drop off the keys in the box. BIG MISTAKE. We should have waited for him to turn on the car and look at the fuel gauge with him. Either their staff is very careless and didn't look at the fuel gauge correctly, or they took the car for a joy ride at the expense of the customer. We're not one to complain, but this company is ripping people off. I'm sure they've scammed others before us and people haven't caught it or don't care to go through the hassle. Bottom line.. as frequent travelers, we're not renting with enterprise again and encouraging our friends and family to not rent with them.

(Translated by Google) Customers come to visit it often, so I hear it often. I think I'm looking for a lot because there are more differences in possession than other places.(Original)손님들이 자주 찿아서 자주 들려 봅니다.다른곳 보다는 보유차가 많아서 많이 찿는것 같습니다.

These gals were great! While everyone else is shut down for Covid this office is working to stay open and provide great customer service. Got an excellent SUV that had been thoroughly cleaned at a rate half of what Alamo wanted over at Aulani Ko Olina. Thanks guys for not taking the pandemic as an opportunity to provide bad customer service like so many other businesses have.

We reserved our vehicle at the Enterprise Ko Olina facility but unfortunately received a call that morning that a shuttle would pick us up to bring us to the Waipahu location. The Ko Olina facility is closed (because of the pandemic) so all pick ups s as bd returns are handled from here. The shuttle and service was great but they MUST let customers know beforehand as it affects the timing of the rental so much. We only had the car for a day so time was critical. Between the pickup after our rental time and needing to return by 3:30 for a shuttle back to Ko Olina as the Waipahu facility closes at 5pm, you lose a lot of rental time.Again, service was good, efficient, car was good, but PLEASE let customers know about the use of a shuttle to/from this different facility.

Enterprise and Alamo at this location and at Disney Aulani suck. First, Alamo rental at Disney didn’t have any cars. Then on-line we booked a car at Enterprise at Marriott just down the road and received a confirmation email. Upon arrival atEnterprise, we’re told “no cars”. (This is right out of the Seinfeld episode...) I showed him the confirmation and he just sat there. Finally, I demanded that he get on the phone and find me my car, which he did, at the airport, which cost us $50 to uber there. At the Enterprise at the airport, I asked to return the car to Enterprise/Alamo (now one company; who knew?) to Disney, and was told it would cost me $50. I asked them to waive that since we paid $50 to get to the airport when they violated our confirmation for a car at the Marriott. They said I had to talk to the manager of THAT Enterprise, but I was at the airport I pointed out... Finanlly, magically, they waived the return fee and we got our car. I don’t recommend using Enterprise/Alamo.

Wish I could give zero stars. Reserved a car and walked a mile up the road to pick it up. They told me they didn't have any cars. They are good at taking the reservation but not good at upholding the reservation. Which is the most important part of the reservation. Do not rent from this clown show.

One of the worst experience. Customer service was horrible, the female that helped me seemed like she was having a very bad day, did not once smiled, nor greeted my husband and I. Got my car and it was dirty and smelled like cigarettes. Will never ever rent from here.
