RUDE AND DISREPECTFUL MANAGER! BEFORE READING THIS, UNDERSTAND THAT I WAS SHOPPING FOR A WHILE WITHOUT SAYING ANYTHING, MEANWHILE Cedric the manager said MULTIPLE disrespectful comments to me this Morning, and after giving him THREE chances to leave me alone. CEDRIC then RUDELY asks if i need help, I kindly told CEDRIC "No im good" then he tells me to next time "Say it". After confronting CEDRIC about his disrepectful comments he then lied and would not apologize or offer ANY discount OR words to fix the situation. CEDRIC is a disgusting person, and horrible manager AND SHOULD THINK ABOUT LEARNING HOW TO RESPECT ALL COSTUMERS.

I went to pick up two prescriptions right before lunch and I got a message on my phone that there have been a charger my account even though I hadn't been able to get my prescriptions the lady told me my charge was declined. I checked my bank and I got charged $32.82 then the lady closed for lunch and refused to help me and I hadn't bought anything. To top it off I go to management three different times plus call corporate nobody can seem to find my charge for $32.82 however it's still on my card which unfortunately is a Walmart money card so I guess I just got screwed for $32.82 I still had to go back after lunch and get my prescriptions out that really hurts next time maybe I can get a kiss first

I must say, my recent experiences at CVS Longs Drugs in Kapolei were far from pleasant. The behavior exhibited by the short male manager, as well as the female manager, left much to be desired. I can empathize with their need to maintain store security, but their approach was anything but subtle.On one occasion, when she confronted a potential trespasser, she created an unnecessary scene that drew the attention of everyone present. Her sarcastic farewell of "Hi! have a good day" was delivered with a tone that suggested we should mind our own business, which was uncalled for.What's particularly perplexing is the constant presence of this short male manager, who seems to relish in displaying a discourteous attitude and projecting an aura of toughness. It's worth noting that I've been a loyal customer at this store for over two decades, and I never encountered him until recent years.The high turnover rate among employees and the evident unfriendliness of the managers are concerning trends. It's not unreasonable to assume that these issues are interconnected. Both managers appear to lack the professionalism one would expect from such a well-established brand as CVS.It's disheartening to think that this might be the representation of what CVS has become - an unprofessional store that has lost its charm over the years. I hope for the sake of loyal customers like myself that CVS Longs Drugs in Kapolei can address these issues and return to being the great store it once was.

Customer service WHERE? Not here. This store including the manager Arron Joy do not give a shit about your store experience or business. My experience with the store manager was this, he said to me i've been with the company for 20 years, go ahead and write a review ... call corporate it doesn't matter. So let me get this straight, Longs/CVS has been allowing this man to treat people like shit for 20 years with no repercussions, interesting. As a matter of fact many of the familiar faces of this store have left because of him, his attitude and general lack of empathy for employees and customers is beyond disgusting.

The staff are very friendly, professional and accommodating. As I entered the store I was greeted by an associate and upon checking out the cashier was very nice and pleasant.

This pharmacy usually has only 1 worker at the window processing pick ups. That's usually the case when I pick up prescriptions. Regardless of how long the line is I have witnessed only a handful of times where another worker is able to step in and help, or there are 2 windows open. Be ready to spend at least 30 minutes waiting in the pharmacy line. Add another 15-20 minutes if you have chatty people who want to tell their life story to the worker and don't care how many people are waiting behind them. Perhaps they are having a hard time hiring people? The line might be shorter when most people are sleeping at 2am

Horrible experience today. So I went and pick up my medicine at the pharmacy and I asked if they can give me quarter change and they said no I have to buy something so they told me to go to register in the front. So I went look for something to buy and then I went to the register and then I asked the cashier and then he said they don’t sell quarters. All I need is couple dollars quarters and they cannot even do that for me instead he wanted me to go foodland instead ?. What kind workers they have in this location horrible people. 01/23/2022 @ 10:20pm. They need to teach this workers to have some aloha spirit they must not know anything about the culture.

I wish I could give this place ZERO stars! I called the pharmacy inquiring about my vaccination record. I didn't wait long, but when someone answered the phone, they answered, "Hello." I was always taught that at a place of business, you should greet with location, your name, and "How can I help you?"But not here...The representative at the pharmacy proceeded with my request to look up if I ever got a certain vaccine at this location. When the representative said, they had no records. I said "Okay, Thank You." and was responded with a *click*. They hung up without another word. I understand that health care facilities are busy because I work at a health care facility. But, I would like to treated with a little more respect and little bit of customer service. I would not bring myself or family and friends to this Longs location.

I've gone to the minute clinic here multiple times for various reasons and I always leave happy and reassured with the care I received. The nurse and NPs there are all awesome and so helpful. They check up on you and they really care.The pharmacy here is also great. They are super quick to fill my RX, the lines go by fast and the staff are very friendly and knowledgable!

Go ahead and choose another pharmacy to pick up your medication from. Received the rudest customer service I've ever dealt with so far by the most lazy employee Hazeline. She made multiple excuses on why I couldn't pick up the medication without logging into the computer and verifying what the problem is. If you don't want to work customer service Hazeline then quit your job your customer service is a tragedy along with your social skills. Shocked they didn't shove you in the back far away without customers around you to embarrass yourself.

We in the community need stores like this to survive but on the same hand we also need places for people to be employed. I went in today and saw all the self check lines and hate them but always wait in line for a checker. I asked the girl hearding customers to the self check if there were any checkers and was told me I had to self check. Tossed my purchase on the check out isle and went elsewhere. Will not do your job for you.
