The staff is rude and they seem more intent on hanging out with their buddies that are all hanging out in the store rather than working. I walked in ready to buy a new phone and walked right back out won't make that mistake again

Yes cricket in Hawaii is way better service than el paso,tx.They are very friendly and helped me with my phone and didn't just ignore the problem with the phone.Rebecca is awesome thank you for all your help Big Mahalo to you guys in Kapolei, Hawaii

So I have frequently visited this place for a couple of years but recently I have done a lot of research because I wanted to get a better plan for myself. No matter all the searching I do I still think Cricket has a better plan. So I went in and talked to Faith, she was pleasant and friendly. She explained a lot to me even tho I would ask her so many concerns I had, finally I paid for my iPhone 11. I got a nice deal for this holiday and the plan I went with was the $60, they have a program if you qualify which knocks off $30, I have to wait for an email to see if I qualify. Direct payment knocks off another $5, place is always clean and comfortable.
