called to find out if advance appointment for tire dept was required. 5 attempts, then tried calling other departments. 35min later, no one in any dept ever answered the phone.

Got into a minor accident today and showed up as a walk in to Costco tire center in Kapolei with an un-drivable Jeep Wrangler. They got me in and had me back on the road within an hour. Highly recommend! These guys were fantastic! Thank you so much!

Problems from the get go. Ordered tires online, called to make an appt for installation, but they don’t answer their phones. Turns out you have to call the administrative office and they will walkie -talkie to the tire dept. to pick up their phone. Waited in 2 different lines to make an appt in person, and it seemed they ignored women while fell over themselves to help men. Arrived for my appt, and had problems dropping off with no parking available. They stripped lug-nuts, so I had to go to two different auto stores to get 20 lug nuts, bring back to the tire center, and wait. 4 hours later I get the call my car is ready, so I go stand in another 2 lines, while again, they ignore the women, and prioritize helping men. Finally went back to the bay to demand my car. Between poor customer service (they’re probably understaffed), no inventory, and a series of unfortunate events, I should have went to a regular tire center. I didn’t save any money, and I certainly didn’t save any time.

Couldn't fix a punctured tire , they don't want to take walk ins, they wanted me to make an appointment to come back in two days, even though I explained I have work early morning the next day, just a big no can do for them, I think that guy in the front desk just don't want to do work and ready to go home ,one lazy paka, common man it's emergency EMERGENCY. No more customer service at all

If I could give them no stars I would couldn't mount tires I purchased online because they said they didn't have the right air chuck to inflate them unbelievable, so I had to go somewhere else to get them mounted

They do a great job. We owe them an apology. We thought they forgot to put the spare tire back in our car but it turned out we just didn't know where it really was. Costco tires went through video footage and did a lot of investigating just to get to the bottom of things. We wasted their time and it was embarrassing. But just know that they'll go the distance for their customers. From the manager all the way down, they all displayed great customer service.

Don't even bother with the phone number. You'll drive yourself crazy trying to get someone to answer. Not once have I gotten any one to pick up that phone.

Probably my 3rd set from this same shop, in the past the experiences were typical...no issues, just a simple transaction. This time the person at the counter who did my check-in and out was very efficient like to the point I think I had my name on my shirt as I walked up both times. It was weird but made the painful purchase of tires...just simply fantastic. Kesh was the name as the sales person.

Bought my tires from Kapolei Costco. When I have any issues, I just make an appt online. I got an appt for the very next day at 2 pm. I dropped off my car at 10 am. They managed to have my tire checked and repaired for FREE within 2 hours..easy!! Just drop off your car and keys... they will call you up when your car is done...no hassle!

Went in to make appointment because I had just finished shopping for groceries. I get it was 20 minutes before the tire center closed but I figure it would be quick and to get it out of the way. Went to the front desk and Rik was there. Automatically I got an attitude from him asking if I needed something. I figured okay whatever so I told him I wanted to make an appointment for a tire change on my spouse's car. I did not have tire size etc but I figured if I gave him the car, model, and year then he'd find it. Instead he asked if I knew the tire size and so I said hold on let me search it. He gave me a whole sigh like "hurry up" kinda sound. So I searched on google real quick and by then he found the size. Walked away telling the other worker to finish my appointment paperwork etc. like I was such a burden sheesh. Fast forward to my appointment day. Line was maybe 4-5 people long. A sign at the front says for appointments or pickup so I wait in that line. Yet there's only one person at the front. 30min standing in line after my appointment, I finally get helped. Two lines. Another worker came out to help. I believe Randall helped me. He was super helpful. Told me they gave me the wrong tire size etc and had to re-quote me which basically was $100+ more than the original cost. I was over it and basically said okay it's fine. Paid and picked up my car an hour later just as he had estimated. If it wasn't for the other worker Randall this would've been a 1 star for sure. Bad attitude from Rik and he didn't even get the right tire size and estimate. Horrible customer service up till the end. Costco needs to read these reviews because it's pretty much all the same. No front desk help and bad customer service. Rik needs to get his attitude checked. Luckily I was patient to deal with it this time.

Pretty good service. They are really helpful. Wish they had someone to help at the desk tho it's awhile wait if you don't call someone they're all busy in the work area. But they found a nail and screw in the back of my tires thank goodness they said it's repairable. I wish I caught their names but I was too worried thinking about my tires and the light pressure on. My son and I been driving around with a nail and screw in the tires this whole time Ive been neglecting the light thinking it was just the sensor problem cuz I took it to them the first time they said nothing wrong and second time they found the problem. I'm confused but grateful they found it or else something bad wuda happen to me and my baby. Fast service too oh yeah there was a really skinny tall guy in a hat taught me how to put air in my tires too. Very helpful. Thank you really skinny tall guy! Wish I caught ur name. Next time

If you are driving a plug-in vehicle, to the left of the entrance, the very first parking spot is for a plug-in vehicle where you can charge for free. The food court is quick as you must order from the kiosk. Fuel for regular unleaded was $3.92, much cheaper than the $4.59 we paid at a Shell in Temecula, CA. Was $3.82 a few days earlier at the Costco in Wahiawa. Great stop to pick up chocolate/macadamia souvenirs to gift back on the mainland. Mahalo!

The person who supposedly scheduled me for an appointment (1/4/22) neglected to put me in the system. When I got to the store, Henry could not find an appointment scheduled for me at 11 am. Fortunately we arrived early, little after 10 am and Henry set me up to check one of my tires with a slow leak It was a rainy day and whoever drove my car into the garage had the driver and passenger windows down and got my seats wet.The AC was full blast and my radio was blaring. I wish the workers have the courtesy and use better judgment when serving their customers.
