Been members for many years at Costco in Honolulu. Service has always been helpful and friendly. Prices can be comparable to other stores at times. Nevertheless , even though we've always enjoyed our experience shopping there.

This has to be my favorite Costco on the island. It gets crowded like any Costco, but not as crowded as say the town or Waipio one. First and foremost, I feel safe parking and going to this Costco with my two kids by myself. The parking lot is always clean and the carts are constantly put away by the workers, such a hard job...especially during the summer! Inside is so clean, and despite people rummaging through things like the clothes section, there's always someone there organizing it again and making it look neat. I'm at that age where I'm starting to like Costco clothes, so works out great for me lol. The produce section is always fresh and so diverse. I love coming here for fruits and veggies since we're big on juicing and blending in our house. The cost of buying food here in bulk is cheaper than buying in small quantities at regular stores. The meat, seafood, rotisserie section and prepared foods is so good here too. When we don't know what to eat we know we can get bulgogi for $6.99/lb and it's so good here. When I want lobster tails, you get some of the best seafood here too for a fraction of a restaurant cost! I don't know what else to say about this Costco except this is the BEST one on the island. You can come here and sample good food, shop for everything from batteries to asparagus to dim sum BUT one downfall that is of recent is the new procedures at the food court. First you go to the kiosk and order your food, THEN you stand in line to do a pickup for it instead of them calling out numbers like before. This is humbug if you have your shopping cart and kids, because you see a line congested with shopping carts getting in the way of people trying to checkout and get out of the store. Al

Costco pizza is always served hot and fresh. However, it is best to consume it while it's still hot because it may not taste as good once it gets cold. This is especially true if you're not a cheese person, as the pizza is quite heavy on the cheese. The price is great, and I prefer to grab one of these for my family for a cheap and filling lunch. There is no need for sides as everyone gets full. If you don't like too much cheese, you can ask for less cheese, but I have never tried that. I usually call and order a pizza, and when I get there, the checkout process is seamless.

Every time I go to Kapolei Costco they never have ribs. They focus so much on making chicken but not ribs. Why?The lady that works there gives you a ridiculous wait time and she's never happy. Please make more ribs especially on weekends.so we can grab and go.

The staff is always courteous cashiers are always in a good mood. Food is delicious. The only thing I don't like is the new parking but maybe because it seems like there's less room to turn in to the spots

I wanted to check out the supposed World's Busiest Costco, but we were in the Ko Olina area and this was the nearest Costco, so we decided to check out this one instead. This is your typical Costco, sprinkled with Hawaiian local goods -- Costco is the perfect place to buy your souvenirs. They sell the Hawaiian Host chocolates here at a deeply discounted price so do not buy them anywhere else but here! I actually always used my mom's membership card but I know Costco is trying to be stricter with using other people's memberships and I've actually never tried using my mom's membership without her so my impulsive self decided to get a membership, and I'm kinda glad I did! There were plenty of things to choose from and the associate helping me set up my membership told me that having a membership as a Hawaii resident is essential because goods are just so expensive everywhere else. And I can agree - things were significantly cheaper here than what you would find anywhere else on the island. I found some interesting goods that can only be found at Hawaiian Costcos and I thought it was interesting. Costcos are definitely always the answer, and thanks to this trip -- it looks like I'll be frequenting my Costco a little more often back at home!

I love Costco. But, they keep taking away favorite things. Like the Polish dog. It tastes so much better than their beef hot dog. Really miss it and sauerkraut too. Took away the ice cream, bummer. Then the maki sushi replaced with California roll type sushi. Never my favorite. I miss the maki and cone sushi. Fresh uncooked Costco pizza gone too. Major bummer. I liked it cooked at home so it's piping hot to serve. You could add your favorite toppings too. Kettle chips with pepper, gone. Those were great. Crispy jalapeños, please reorder those. I just ate those straight from the bag. I wouldn't waste them on a salad. If they repurposed them, they would sell faster. They used to have the best spring cotton dresses. Gone with the wind. Loved those for Hawaii heat. They are all wearing out. Please carry them again. The list goes on. Am happy they finally have real Greek Feta cheese. So worth it. I really love Greece. Still love Costco.

Always stopped by Costco from airport to do a quick bulk grocery shopping and then headed to Aulani. Also filled up gas here before returning the rental car in the airport. It's cheaper for sure. I got sick and my husband bought the cough suppressants from Costco, too. You can get pretty much everything from Costco!

My mom had a terrible experience with a tall female cashier on December 2nd at this Costco. The cashier was disrespectful and rude and discriminating. She accused my mom of changing price tags on a $14.99 pack of ox tail beef, which the cashier claimed should be a $30+ two-pack. I don't understand what the fuss was about since the price sounds about right and if anything, this was clearly an employee mistake, but the cashier made a big scene, refused to sell the item, and humiliated my mom, practically accusing her of changing price tags-- then she had the nerve to tell my mom to go grab the correct one after making several attempts to verify the price, which she was unable to do so. Like I don't understand this cashier's thought process. The cashier's behavior clearly shows a lack of common sense and a total disregard for the elderly with a language barrier. It's disappointing that Costco, known for good service, had such a discriminatory incident. We will be avoiding this Costco and at the very least, will report this cashier once my mom is able to identify her. This cashier needs to learn how to treat people with respect--especially elders and should be more accommodating if there are any barriers. She was straight up a bully-and bullying -- especially a little old Korean woman, is not cool.

Love costcos for the sole purpose of their food stand. You can't go wrong for $1.50 Hot dog and a drink. Took my nephew because he was wanting a hotdog and sundae. I'm not gonna lie, they made the sundae poorly, but they were super packed at the time we went. I just wish they'd have a bigger seating area bc it's a free for all there as there's only like 8 4seat tables. We had to ask a worker when we were shopping for groceries and she was extremely helpful, but once you get to the area of the cashiers, they are kinda more aggressive but i can see bc they are trying to get all the lanes full. Costco does. have a wide selection from groceries, to clothing, electronics, furniture, plants, etc. A one stop shop if you need items in bulk. Also their tech pants for men is extremely comfortable if you don't mind paying $17.99+ tax.

This is about the T-Mobile in the costco kapolei. I have bought my phones from Costco waipio location , but they no longer sevice t mobile. so I went to kapolei location this morning to order my new iPhone 15. couple days ago spoke to a very nice lady name Tracy and she said pre sale would be Friday, but she would be off. She was helpful and informative and very professional. I go in and the guy who services me his name is Jeff. he was absolutely wonderful, professional and oh so helpful. No pressure just wants the best for the customer, even making suggestions didn't try to hurry me and even thanked me for being his first customer for the IPhone 15, I went one hr earlier before opening. Got to meet the manager Gladys and she was so nice and friendly, I have to say this was the best crew ever that services a wireless in costco. even though I gotta drive further since I live in mililani, it was so worth it to meet these nice representatives of T mobile. t mobile you should be really proud of these fine reps. thank you Jeff, Gladys, and Tracy
