Did yoga sculpt for the first time yesterday, amazing workout! I am sore which was the goal but the best part is, every muscle group got worked. They have a variety of different classes you can take through out the day.

place is nice, but I am now disabled and unable to walk and they will not stop charging my credit card for $15 and they still won’t stop charging me my membership fee even though I canceled it months ago. It’s really disappointing and per ADA they have to accommodate. Don’t go here. It’s $170 / mo w a discount. Not worth your money and the never ending charges. Let alone against a fully disabled person. I didn’t choose to be like this, and yet they won’t even have empathy. Really distraught over how this company works. 0/10

I really appreciate her strengths!Phoenix and Ashley have been wonderful yoga teachers in my journey as-well, I'm feeling ready to level up to C2.Clean welcoming environment with these teachers has been Great! My husband and close friend came for the complimentary week and really enjoyed the challenge into Yogi world.I'd give 10 if I could.

Outstanding place! The instructors are on top of their game and the studio is 10/10 top notch! If you haven’t been yet this place is a must for beginners and experience yogis. Grateful to have a place like this near by!

Core Power Yoga Kapolei is back - and even better! I just re-started my membership after that long, agonizing COVID period. I am so happy to see friendly new instructors, a well-stocked bathroom/shower area, clean facility and most of all, the classes - even at early morning hours! Can’t wait to get my flexibility and core strength back. ☺️. If you’re ever in the market for a yoga studio, check this place out. It won’t disappoint.

The staff was very welcoming. I took classes 3 different days from different instructors. They were all very good. They each had their individual style but exceptional workout! The studio is very clean and the infrared heating system is enough to get a good sweat. I'm super pleased that I was able to continue my yoga workouts while on vacation as a black tag member. It's close to the Ko Olina resorts. Love how CorePower has studios nationwide!

Man Yoga Sculpt is no joke!!!! But it's only 1 hour of sweating then you can shower and change and literally feel like a brand new person!!!•Kapolei has 3 showers and multiple lockers for you to leave your items in during class and your shower. There's also 2 benches in the ladies locker room for you to get ready and outlets for your hair appliances. See you in class someday!! I have been attending randome classes, but my goal is to hit the earlier 5/5:45am yoga class so I can be "that girl" ?

2020-COVID shutdown CorePowerYoga. My $189 (plus tax) monthly membership was charged and no refund made. 2022-Returned to CPY, forgotten about the membership that was paid, no notice from CPY. I started paying monthly again. Credit card hacked (Citibank Costco), notified CPY but instead, they had charged me 2 classes for this gap in credit card changes. I complained about these charges and instead of a refund, CPY says I should look it up. CPY also charges for late cancellation, $15 in addition to the $189+ monthly . Also complained there's no LOCAL number to call this yoga place. I was told I have to email every communication. There are other HOT YOGA places that are more customer friendly than this place. MOVE ON.

Laura Ra is the absolute worst yoga teacher I have ever had. I’d avoid her classes.

Core power yoga is a great workout !The classes really focus on core strength as well as encouraging you to incorporate intentions into your practiceWeights, blocks, mats and towels are available for use. This Kapolei studio has 2 yoga classroomsBoth with infrared heating-lighting. I like this newer technology heat . It does feel hotter than non infrared light/heat but it makes me sweat more. The entire studio is clean and well kept. The studio is located within a very small strip mall and parking is plentiful. There are even a few stalls right outside the studio , very convenient!

The studio is large enough for a big class without feeling overcrowded. The facility is very nice. The instructors are wonderful! I really enjoy CorePower but do miss the little touches like a cold, essential oil towel for each yogi after class(it's heavenly!), water with fruit infusion to celebrate a challenging course, a mirror with area to get ready after your shower would be nice vs crowding the sink mirror area. And letting the instructors build their own music playlists & class sequences would be nice... can be repetitive and boring taking the exact same class week after week.
