I am so happy I found this place everyone is so nice and love lily she always does a great job…. Kim is great too …. I just brought my daughters there for her first set….That's how much I trust them … highly recommend ? I did a cat eye gel polish this time ?

They scheduled me fast, receptionist was kind. My nail tech was sad to say very rude. I wanted almond shape fill, the design was french tip. My nails were very crooked when she filed them and when I asked her to fix the shape she rolled her eyes & spoke under her breath. I also said the base pink polish was too light, you could see my actual nail through the fake nail. I asked if she could do a darker pink and she tossed the polish examples to me and said "I don't know what you like! Fine! You choose!" The final result of my nails were fine, I just didn't want to argue and keep having to correct the crooked nails and wrong paint color. Unfortunately the experience with her was uncomfortable, having to correct almost every nail shape that was crooked & the constant rolling of eyes and talking under breath was unpleasant. Sadly wont be going back.

The service itself was really good. I got a manicure with gel extensions and then a pedicure. My only problem was my gel extensions lasted like one to two weeks. I got one finger fixed for free about three days ago and then another one fell off really easily in the shower last night

Came here because I saw the great reviews . On Mother’s Day I come in , get multiple remarks about how short my nails are … was told it 5 times . Yes they’re short … I’m a mom so what? Washes my hands and I grab a towel , seeing there was used towels other people used , told me I wasn’t allowed to use the towels and I had to use the paper towels instead , which is fine . But why can’t I use the towels like everyone else ? Not sanitary at all. Cutting my nails/cuticles with just a pair in his drawer , never saw it being wiped off at all .
Really bad experience on my toes , she stuck me in the corner with a tool and is now swollen and looks like is getting infected . I currently have a doctors appointment to get it looked at.
I’m around all these other people getting their nails and toes done and I don’t hear them talking to the other customers at all, but then I’m getting talked at saying “wow your long” as if it’s just them trying to be rude . Now I was the only non Hawaiian person in there the whole time . Thinking they were just being rude to me on purpose .
Don’t recommend going here at all . Rude , and not sanitary at all.

This was the first time I've ever gotten an acrylic full set done by anyone, and I love it! I was kinda scared to get these done, but the staff was very friendly and did an amazing job on them! Would come again!

I am so happy my daughter Introduced me to BUI nails. It has been the best nail place I’ve been to here. Each tech I have had is very good at what they do and very pleasant and kind while doing their job!
I have been seeing Ruby the last two times and she is wonderful!! She goes beyond to make sure she gives you the best care!! So glad to have them so close to where I live!!

Great experience with getting my nails done so I came back for pedicures. Not as impressed with those. Massage chairs are very comfy but it felt very rushed. I will definitely be back for nails though and might give the pedicures another shot, maybe just an off day.

We just moved back to Oahu, and this place isn't as good as it was 2 years ago. Super friendly staff, but the pedicures aren't the same quality.

Me and my sisters got our nails done and even though the service was fast the results are not appealing. We were all extremely unhappy with the results, the cuticles are flooded and the shapes are not the same. I asked my person to change my shape more than once and he didn’t. And the quality of work that they do is not worth what they charge you… It is very unsanitary and unclean It. Seemed as if they didn’t clean or sanatize before each customer and just reused the same tools.

Bui 808 is the only place I go to do my nails. They do a great job and I always leave there satisfied. The workers are very friendly.
