I recently went into AT&T to get a new phone and adding a line to my grandmas account. Duaine In KAPOLEI was amazing. He worked with my elderly grandma on the mainland so very patiently. He tried his hardest the first day to get everything set up. We ran into a EXTREMELY RUDE customer service person in the fraud department who hung up on us the first day.On the second day Duaine remembered all the necessary information even my grandmas name and phone number. Things were much easier the second day and after I not an hour in the store I walked out with my new phone.Thank you so much Duaine

Went in to start a claim for cracked screen. Manager sent me to third party repair shop. When I got to repair shop, repair shop said they couldn't find any of my information ATT manager supposedly sent. Repair shop sent me back to ATT. I asked ATT manager to please confirm via phone that my information is at the repair shop. Upon calling repair shop, ATT manager tells me the repair shop doesn't have the materials to repair my screen. Told ATT will send a packaging to ship my phone, so I won't have a phone for a while it sounds like. Its like I'm the first customer in Hawaii to crack their ATT phone screen. AND I paid for the insurance.

This location is at the new Kamakana Mall with tons of parking and other businesses around. The store is huge, clean, interior is well lit. I would expect this from a new store. My husband and I went into this location on 10/3 at 4:30pm. We made an appointment online to ensure there was no wait (which was a great feature to have). There we met Lupe. We went in with a bit of a hostile attitude, due to the fact we went to the Waipahu store twice and had such a horrid experience, but she was nothing less of amazing. I left a review on the Waipahu store, so I won't go into details what happened there. Let's just say they need to retrain their sales associates to provide BETTER customer service. We went on a trip and our son's phone stopped pulling up safari, google maps, and his text messages and FaceTime were compromised. We explained everything that was going on with the phone and she began to trouble shoot. At this point things didn't seem to be working, but she did not give up. She listened well to details of our conversation and then a light bulb turned on. She checked for a usage "blocker" on the phone because we were overseas. After a couple of weeks with non working phone, it began to work. Once she found the problem, she tested each thing we told her wasn't working to ensure it was the solution before we left. I am truly grateful for this associate. I love how Lupe never made judgment based on the plan that my son is on. She focused in on why the phone wouldn't work properly. When she would hit a wall, she would try other things. She wasn't there to make sales with our situation, but was compassionate and determined to HELP us. This is customer service! We were contemplating switching our son's plan over to TMobile with us, but she reminded us we can't judge the entire company based on a few bad associates. Because of the level of service she gave us, I do agree and we will keep his line with his mother. Thank you Lupe, you are an asset to this store and I hope they recognize how much you go above and beyond for the customers you interact with!

I would recommend this location for AT&T Jason their manager very helpful and kind person telling customers very important information that the customer wouldn’t know. Thank you Jason for your kind hearted heart.

This is a follow up for my previous review. Due to the unfortunate actions and circumstances which occurred at the Kaimakana location that caused havoc for my business account, a compromise was made. Certain staff at this particular location offered inaccurate and false promotions that wasn't noticed until months later. I'm not targeting AT&T as a bad company but the employees that takes advantage of customers for personal gains or commissions. I'm sure every company has bad seeds within their staff but unfortunately we had to encounter this negative situation ourselves. I'd like to thank Rezak from main AT&T office in Texas for reaching out and resolving this issue and treating me and my wife with respect and helpfulness. Thank you very much we appreciate your time and reaching out to resolving our concern. Mahalo.

Went to this location yesterday 6/4 to transfer from a different carrier. We loved Juslyn!Her customer service is everything! I love going places & seeing people show that they’re happy to help! We definitely made the right decision to have our whole fam transfer to AT&T.

They say we have your phone but, not true. I way 2 hours for the phone and last minute say we don't have the phone. I called before going to the sto, and e the manager said we had the phone. Not true. I waist gas a time thanks AT&T Kapolei

Went into activate Apple Watch. Staff ignored for me over 10 minutes. Staff acted as if I was not there. When I asked for help I was brushed off until I eventually left.

Ryan, my sales person was excellent! He helped me maximize my products and leverage my services for a well formatted communication system, and now I have a business line on my cell phone as well as a regular line and a high quality WI-FI hit spot! They really trying to keep expensive stone for me as I’m on a tight budget right now. He and his manger did a really great job! Thank you! M

We went there to upgrade and DWAINE was not very accommodating at all. The way he talked to us is like he's not interested in helping us. This is very disappointing!! I don't recommend going there if DWAINE is working! they should talk to him and let him know he was very rude and not helpful

Walked in and was served right away. Lupe helped us and exceeded our expectations. She helped us get into the right phone product and helped us with bettering our phone plan which helped save us some money. Would definitely come to this location again!

Shout out to Dwaine for helping out with activating my sim card & also Keahi for assisting. I received a sim in the mail for my ported number & couldnt get it to activate. Dwaine was very knowledgeable & patient, he thanked me for waiting as well *many calls were made out to at&t help lines*. While helping me Dwaine also greeted customers entering & asked them that someone will be with them as soon as they can. Thanks for your help I appreciate you, would recommend.
