Had to write a review because of the great service I received today! All thanks to the wonderful customer service from Daniel, Kainoa and Daniel! Having to get my tires inspected and fixed is already a stressful ordeal, but they made it painless, quick and easy! Very friendly and honest workers. Not to mention the inside is a clean and comfortable place to wait while your car gets fixed. Will be using them again for all my future car needs!

I discovered a nail in my tire causing a slow leak. I called American Tire on a Friday afternoon, and Chris told me they could get me right in. I waited in the waiting area while they checked the tire to see if it could be repaired or if I was going to have to buy a new tire. Fortunately, it could be repaired, and while I was waiting, Chris gave me a report on the condition of my tires, and let me know that two of them were showing substantial wear, and would need to be replaced soon. He gave me a quote for the tires, no pressure at all, just giving me good information. They got my tire repaired, and I was out of there in less than an hour. American Tire saved the day, and Chris was friendly, professional, and great to deal with. I'll definitely be back!

My car rear driver's side tire had a slow leak but I couldn't find the source. Called to setup an appointment and was able to be seen same day. Customer Service was amazing from all the guys. They were able to find the leak source quickly, provide me all my options in a cost savings way. In/Out in under 45 mins. I will be back for future vehicle tire needs. Thanks for being awesome!

This place suck I came to do my truck safety inspection first day they said inspector was going to be busy they said com back next day I came back and they told me no body here to do my safety. Never comback again I just to send all my customers here now I'm going to send them some where else

Outstanding service. I had an 8:00 am appointment for a flat repair and was on my way at 8:30. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend for tire repair in Kapolei.
