I really like this place, they are very punctual and fast. Everything is scheduled and structured to time. I did recently have a little issue but the manager gave me a call and cleared up any ill feelings I had. It was a minor setback that's been cleared. The do clean work, you won't be disappointed.

just went here today , I'm always getting pedicures & never have I ever had someone take so much time to perfectly shape my nails & cut the cuticles! Service was amazing ! I didn't get the name of the lady who did my pedicure but she was amazing & the sweetest!!! Definitely recommend stopping here !

I would have gave this place a five star for quality and service. Hanna did my pedicure she was awesome! Her service is 5 star. As for the person I paid. My pedicure was 80$ plus tax so around 83 total,I gave $100. The person who took my money said "I take 100$ ok thank you", and walked away. She did give Hannah money though. I was gonna give my remaining change as her tip maybe even add more off the top, that was my intention, but to dictate my money and take the tip off the top was just rude!

I couldn't recommend this salon more highly. It is rare that I LOVE my nails when I leave and these are the best they have ever looked. Lam was my nail tech - he was so detailed and friendly. He took a lot of care doing my nails to make sure they looked perfect and honestly they look even better than the picture I showed him for the design! I have been to nearly every nail salon in Kapolei area and this is by far the cleanest and most professional with the highest quality nails and nail art. Will 100% be a returning customer. Thank you so much!

My family of 5 did a walk in and Ali'i Nails took us with no hesitation. Very little wait. Awesome customer service and great quality. Thank you so much to you all for accommodating us on probably one of the busiest days of the year.

So this is my first time coming to the salon, and I kid you not I am now out of the parking lot letting my nails dry… I have never had anyone rush me out of the salon so quick, and there’s always been a place to sit and let our toes dry before we leave, they sent me outside in these! I wish I was kidding… I called them before I came in, to make sure they had time, and I said I wanted a pedicure and a manicure, but after my pedicure, they told me that I only said pedicure on the phone and when I asked about my manicure all they told me was “NO”. I was like okay? This wasn’t worth $50 at all. I’m kind of glad they didn’t hear me say manicure because now I can go to another nail salon to get that done, really disappointed and I can’t believe I’m out here and had to walk to my car in these. Psh. Go somewhere else.

First time coming here and I was very happy with my service! My girl and I treated ourselves to a full set and deluxe pedi. My nail Technician was Jess, and I definitely recommend her!! I showed her a pic of what I wanted, and she did her own little touch to make it A LOT nicer than the picture I showed her. Service was awesome, the conversation was hilarious, and the overall atmosphere is really calm and chill. Go to Jess! She will crack you up and make your nails poppin!

Update. The manager reached out, I advised him I'm traveling. He was agreeable to fix the situation when I return I 3-4 weeks. Normally I'm very pleased. Less than 18 hours later and its chipped. My gel nails normally last 2 - 3 weeks and have never chipped at the top of the nail

Requested for a mani/pedi today 9/23/23. Gel mani & regular pedi. The entire time I felt that the technician was rushing, came in at 5ish. For what I paid for, almost a hundred dollars for mediocre service, literally had a 15 second massage on both hands and feet, I didn't even ask for a callus removal yet the technician was rushing to get out of the shop. NOT worth the $100 I had spent today. I did NOT feel relaxed at all, more so rushed. Also not sure how I paid more for the same service I received last month from todays service? Inflation or just taking advantage of a customer?
