The ladies here are usually really nice but I'm of age to buy alcohol it shows on my state ID. They are unable to take vertical ID even though I am of age. The law is that they can sell to anyone who is 21 and clearly I am. Company policy against the law. Also how is it age-restricted if I am of age?

First off slow cashiers and workers. Very rude and not well disciplined. I asked if I could you my discount card for gas they said bo but then I asked why and they claim that it's not for all Hele gas stations only certain ones. I also put my number in to lower the price and it didn't. I don't use credit card to put gas so the gas was still high at the regular price. I think it should be across the. Lard to be consistent. The guy was slow

This is the 7-11 located next to the Kapolei Police Station. Service -1 Cleanliness -1 Safe -1 Product selection 3(In case you misread that, those are Negative ones) On this particular occasion I was harassed by 2 homeless people. One even before I got into the store and the second while I was getting my coffee and breakfast. I didn't expect to be verbally harassed while the sales girl just stood there and watched it happen. He cursed at me then left the store. I have never felt so scared before, and again your sales person says absolutely nothing. Doesn't even acknowledge what just happened. So as I'm paying for my items, I ask her if I'm gonna be safe returning to my car, she says nothing and stares at me with indifference. So sad that 7-11 hires people that don't care about the safety of its customers. After paying for my items, I quickly head to my car paying close attention to my surroundings. I see the guy who was swearing at me walking away fromthe store just as the Phoenix Security car arrives at the store to do their check in. To add insult to injury I mention to the old man security guard what had just happened to me in the store pointing to the guy who did it, and he dismissively says "he's fine when he's on his meds" that's all he says. So how about when he's off his meds??? Doesn't have any empathy for what I just went thru. Just brushed me off like he didn't care. 7-11, my experience at this this store was the WORST experience I've ever had. I hope no one else goes thru what I went thru. Your employees and your hired security company needs to be re-trained on how to handle situations like this and maybe, just maybe, care enough for your customers safety so we come back. But for me, I'm NEVER going to this 7-11 again.

Service is ok it's the homeless and drug users who walk up to your car and demands money and when you tell them you don't have money to spare they say why are you here and follow you to your car and still ask for money giving you guilt trips embarrassing you with comments.

Great selection of food, friendly customer service and the place is pretty clean. I think this is a great place to hit for a quick snack.

Clean, well stocked. Sushi was tasty. Saimin was good. Curry bun was yummy. Musubi was ok- the spam was not very toasted. Mochi had gone bad.Good place to stop for late night snacks.

Excellent selection of Musubis and hot food. Ube and haupia flavor slurpee. One of the best 7/11 locations in the island. Nice staff.

I usually come here every so often. I can ordered 2 Chicken curry manapua, clearly the 2 ladies back there is not paying attention to their customers because I get home and I get pork which I don't eat. Had to call to have them fix it. Employees STOP talking and pay attention to what your customers are asking when ordering. Had to go all the way back there to get my order, they should have compensated my order but they only replaced it, won't be coming back here. They weren't even busy so very sad! Poor service! Avoid this place for buying manapua!

I bought large ice coffee, the cups was there but when I looked for a cover there was none. I tried the big gulp cover it went over but did not seal good. I asked the lady behind counter she said no more! I said this cover doesn't seal good. She said sorry. I said you should bs selling the large cups if no cover.

How do y'all hire? Where do you find these employees? There was a girl working on the heavier side (i usually don't point that out but have to describe her for her actions). she legit was so rude toward me and because I acted like I didn't hear her rude comment the first time she insisted dropping the mask down uncovering so i can hear her clearer like no care in the world about covid? I prefer any other gas station to this one. so appalled that i posted a tiktok video about this experience. such a hateful person!

This location doesn't have the fresh smoothie machine. However, they had exactly what I was looking they'd have! And it was the opposite chocolate of the whatchamacallit and long and beyond -- they had it so I was super happy!! They also have something new now which is their Powerade water.

It's been awhile since I've stopby 7-11 stores, but this place always impresses me. Beside soft drinks and snacks, they have a new section (to me, anyway) saimin and Vietnamese pho. I remember the days where we just bought candy, slurpee, and burritos, now they got almost Everything you can think of. The gas station is convenient too. If you ever near this store, I highly recommend you check it out.
