If I’m being 100% honest, they provide the best service & help. Been to their shop 3 times and it’s always a pleasure to have the workers support me & give me a good opinion on the clothes I get! Love them!

Would give 0 stars if can. Walk up the street and shop at the other stores. Terrible customer service and very overpriced. My experience here was terrible. Been here a few times before and was used to the terrible customer service but this time I definitely won't be returning. Was raining a bit outside, as it does on Kauai, and I tried to enter the store. The store worker told me and my husband to wait outside in the rain until we dried off. A little inhumane to have us just standing in the rain while you watch from the inside but we can respect that request since we want to shop in their store but this is where we draw the line. The store worker came back after leaving us in the rain to say "if you buy a whole new outfit, I can let you in." So the store worked left us in the rain until she had the idea to make some money off us? Yeah no thanks. Don't leave people in the rain and only let them in if they promise to buy your goods. Was planning to buy some things anyways cause I used to be fan of this shop. Not anymore. Never coming back again.

I was walking by, window shopping and a little Aloha Collection bag caught my eye, so I popped in to grab it (as I'm already a fan of the brand.) My friend immediately picked out one for herself; I grabbed a tank top and fell in love with the stickers at the counter. Ended up going back today for one last peak, and grabbed another tee! Such a cute shop and I thought the prices were very reasonable. Ajah, the sales assistant was so welcoming, she even gave me some great island food recommendations. Happy to support a woman owned business. ?

Not only does this store carry the hottest brands, but this small business goes ABOVE and beyond with their customer service. I’ve always liked to support small business’ but when they so clearly are about their customers experience and do their absolute best to send you home happy, that creates a life long customer! Will be shopping with them online again and again until I can visit the island! Mahalo Jeni + Jas, and work it out team!

OMG!! This store is amaze! I ended up on island with zero beach gear and ducked in here to grab some essentials. Jeni and her crew were super rad, they helped me pick out some quick beach gear and we all were dying laughing about being on island without shorts. I found exactly what I needed and the rest of my trip was incredible. Oh!! They also recommended an amazing food truck down the street that turned out to be exactly what I wanted. Thank you!!!

Rude owner and terrible customer service. owner yelled at my 9 year old for making a joke and showed no respect to my daughter when she was trying to try clothes on/make a purchase. Owner has a bad attitude and needs to learn how to provide good customer service. doesnt even deserve the 1 star.
